My mind is blown. My friend put in 10k USD in a altcoin 2 years ago and he is now sitting on 2 million USD in unrealized gains. How is that even possible? Guy is set for life and does not have to work a single day

Also if you stick your cash into a dividend holding and are withdrawing the dividend for living expenses instead of re-investing it, the value is being eroded by inflation year over year
