Yea in theory the eo would be temp- but it never really was at play.

The EO realistically lost 8 to 1- it was always doa

The idea the 14th protects birthright citizenship was only 5-4

What the eo did was create this case to see where we stand on the 14th.

Before this people laughed at the fact that birthright citizenship might not be covered by the 14th.

Now we realize we are 1 vote away with instructions to a next possible court from Gorsuch / Thomas- and in part Kavanaugh on how to do so.

Justice's stance on this during nominations can become the new litmus test like roe wade used to be.

We've gone from this idea, being laughable to one vote away from realistic.

This administration has fundamentally changed multiple immigration realities to the better- and with even bigger cases coming next year with direct application to deportations.

This administration brought up even the idea of birthright citizenship could be overturned and got it to only one vote away.

They have accomplished more lasting game, changing things regarding immigration than anything in the last 100 years.

And that's even before next year's major cases

Not sure if you’re still trolling or not, but the 3D chess never ends. If I remember right, the tariffs and bombing fishing boats in the gulf were also supposed to be these deep intricate plans.

That case is next year regarding the alien enemy act case

It would lead the possibility beyond what we've already created possible from other cases to accelerated deportation

If I were the trump administration, I would start denying all visas from any country that might take advantage of this. Or just start canceling all visas to make a point. There's a lot of ways to fight this, but that takes coordination and intelligence on the side of Republicans

Nah I don’t, no social media crew.

Mastic had got to be the weirdest town on Long Island though. Beachfront properties, an Indian reservation, crack houses, and sex offenders galore

Patchogue - 1 vote
Mattituck/Southold - 1 vote

Selden got a shoutout for street walking hookers

The fook is so weird about Mattituck and Southold? It’s nice as fuk.

Ronkonkoma, Selden and Patchogue have like maybe one shady apartment complex or so with some bummy people around. All are child’s play compared to Mastic (even Mastic is nothing compared to true chitholes though). I question that IG posters Long Island credentials. The answer will always be Mastic

Funny thing is most of those things would have happened without a second Trump term. It’s not like he has added anyone to the Supreme Court since then.
