Must depend on the lication then. Here they tell you before you buy if they are freshly baked or not. But im also not really picky when it comes to junk food. But the throwing I do is in track and field so shot put and discus. I may try the highland games when I'm done. Already have a few invites to train with a few guys if and when I want to try it. Seems fun and wouldn't be too hard for me to pick up since it's fairly similar to what I already do.
