I try to do intermittent fasting windows of 6 hours and hit my protein/carb/fat grams per day.

Hard to judge how many calories you need if you do any form of cardio at random points in the week (running, cycling, basketball, etc.)

Doing Rapid Fat Loss on 1400 cals....srs

Will do one more week before vacation, then 2 weeks break/maintenance, and then a more moderate cut at around 2500
Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit softly.

5'11 and weighing about 160-163

Started cutting at 2,400 cals back in February from 185-188 and got down to 165lbs pretty easy, since then it's been hard af to lose weight and get leaner.

Now cutting at 2,000-2,100 cals and hopefully I get to my goal of 10-12% this month.

Macros have always been 1 gram of protein per pounds of bodyweight, .3/.4 grams of fat per lbs of bodyweight, and the rest filled with carbs.

Most of the bulk of the calories is from Fruit so it doesn't really count towards weight gain, mostly very ripe bananas about 15-20 a day amongst other 3-4 other meals i prepare

I only adjust carbs usually when switching from cut -> bulk. Protein and fat targets are in grams; in fact it'sless important to hit the targets while bulking. To be completely honest though, when it comes to macros, I'm just semi-conscious and don't count anymore.

Ye, I typically do a ~250 surplus or deficit respectively. I would do a 50 cal surplus if that were theoretically possible/feasible. So switching from cut to bulk is just adding 500cals.

I'm just going to assume that people with high maintenance calories are very active throughout the day (excluding gym). My normal maintenance is about 2300-2400 calories. During spring break I was eating in excess of 4k-5k calories a day, yet when I got home I didn't gain any weight. Realized it was because I walked 4-5x the amount of steps I normally take. Active life outside the gym >>>>>>> all

Slow bulk

Was stalling at 3428 at current weight for a couple weeks. Only just recently bumped up a couple hundred more. Expecting to go up to around 185 or so with current consumption before cutting.
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

I have no idea, yo. All I know is that I started intermittent fasting on 8 hours of eating/16 hours of water fasting a few days ago and I'm already losing weight. My diet usually consists of tofu, oranges, clif bars, vegetarian ground beef, rice/quinoa and carrots, though.
