Being a perfectionist has its downsides. Its downsides are able to make me stressed out for the whole day srs. Ex: Forgot to clean one little speck of the interior of my car or two stains that are barely noticeable on my carpet = can't stop thinking about it the whole day. Also the fact I'm turning 23 at the end of the year and it just hit me, feels so depressing how fast time goes and how old I feel compared to last week when I was just 19.

My unhappiness is a few injuries I've had for years now that won't go away. Haven't worked out properly in years and it's made me a shadow of the person I was. Mentally too. I've tried fixing it but found nothing yet. Scared to spend more money too.
I'm also unsure about whether I should marry the girl I'm with and settle down or continue to fux other women. Life can be a bish sometimes but I should be thankful that I have options and that I'm hot stuff.

I'm always broke and will be for the foreseeable future.
Just started cutting and I'm always hungry.
My 3 best friends are all going to probably get married in the next two years...they are already distancing themselves from anything fun.
My roommate's girlfriend just moved in with us and now we hardly ever speak and I'm positive she wants me to move out.
Only thing that I have that's rocking out is my woman situation. That is top notch.

I wouldn't use the term unhappy but rather "frustrated" at certain times, usually when fatigued or sleep-deprived which is often with full time work and attending college full time along with summer classes all year round
Challenging keeping mood and spirit high when overcome with repetitive grind for a few years

lifes a rollercoaster guys. If your feeling depressed realize your currently at the bottom and better things await. Keep pushing and one day greatness shall await. Keep pushing for your big breakout, it's gonna happen soon.
It's crazy how in March you can be feeling great yet 4 months later July you might be feeling lost. Whether it's a breakup, school, work. family, don't give up; better things are gonna happen soon brahs.

No friends
No family
No gf
I have no idea how to make friends outside of a college setting. Even in college, though I had a lot of social success and a chitload of friends and acquaintances, that was still a lot of work for me as an introvert (meaning I get socially fatigued/burned out too easily). If it's a lot of work for me to be social even in the easiest environment to do so, I can't imagine how hard it would be out in the "real world".
I have a bunch of other minor issues in life, but they're only made worse due to my loneliness. Obstacles in life are normal and when I'm feeling fulfilled and have a lot of people I care about in my life, I can deal with them easily, but when I'm alone, even minor tasks seem insurmountable.
I'd give anything to have a lot of friends and qt pie girls again. What sucks even more is that I had that for a good four years and it was the happiest four years of my life. Every day felt like the best day ever. I had everything I wanted and now it's all gone.
My birthday's also coming up and I usually spend that alone (as well as Thanksgiving and Christmas), so I dread that day. The last time I spent my birthday with someone was with my first love years ago and it was great, but now she hates me and has went NC for a year.

I can only feel pain to its full extent. Enjoyable stuff leaves me like 'meh'.
I have been to great length to try and have fun. I've had meaningful relationships and sex. I have tried drugs (legal and illegal ones), MMA, dancing, free fall skydiving, you name it... I have been lucky enough to be able to do a lot of things that would make normal people happy.
So many things I have liked and got really deep into, yet it barely made life bearable.
Every kind of suffering, I will feel it 100% though.
Been fighting major depression since the age of 11. Therapy and antidepressants haven't done ****.
If I could go back in time, I would kill myself. The last 20 years weren't worth all the suffering I've been through.
Before you judge me... I've had health problems from a very young age, including cancer. It pretty much sucked all the happiness I had in me. It has not come back yet.

I just spent my 23rd birthday alone and I think im only going to get even lonelier. Its like im a ghost to the rest of the world now.
One of the things that always made me happy was how easy it was for me to make other people laugh. I loved seeing their faces light up. I don't see it as often anymore and it makes me feel empty.
Meanwhile most of the rest of the world is celebrating their birthdays or the 4th of july together, and everyone is laughing and having a good time. Im sitting behind a keyboard wishing I had the life I used to have.

Feelings of currently overworking and overexerting self for successful future
Future looks so rocky/unstable, what's the point?
Health is sh!t. Sleeping 4-5 hrs/night. Have lost all muscle. From 228 > 174 lbs in 3 years.
Passion is in general surgery. As one of the first deaf (with cochlear implant) ever to pursue this - overcoming challenges lays majorly on my shoulders. Need to devise an intricate intercomm network for use in the OR. If it doesn't work - I'm screwed. I find nothing else in medicine the least bit satisfying.
Don't even concern myself with the money to be made. Just want to wake up each day going to a job I find completely exhilarating and gratifying; coming home each night feeling utterly satisfied that I've pursued a career in which I can achieve all I possibly can in my short life - relieving the pain and sickness of the ill, and curing others of disease (regardless of the cluster fk of politics involved in medicine these days that seems to becoming worse and worse.) This political sh!t is also a serious concern - rapidly declining reimbursement from the government for services already provided by doctors (aka emergency situations). There will be a revolt of medical professionals in this country, it is inevitable.
Became dual citizen to forgo discrimination in the residency-matching process. Have remained Canadian because of impending political fiasco in American medicine (amongmanyother reasons).
Mentally, if you want something so damn bad that you keep pushing and pushing yourself at the expense of much - you can only do so much before thinking 'What's the point? What if it doesn't work out?'
