Because it's the "in thing". Gotta fit in with the rest like sheep. Also what everyone else said - ********, lack of experience etc. Most of them have no idea what they're talking about and just repeat ******** posts or result to personal insults when arguing.

Don't align myself with any of the "political" BS in this country since I wasn't born here originally srs

Hope people realize that they never truly had a say on who becomes what in their own country srs

Several reasons:

- they don't know life yet (haven't owned a home or ran a business yet or paid taxes etc.)

- they are brainwashed in college by communist professors (this is done on purpose)

- they are away from their family, and the State is their family now

There're more reasons, but these are the biggest ones.

Were is correct. Libtardism has become the establishment however, as evidenced by the nearly entirely-liberalised media, school system, and social media.

Finally graduated. Work for everything I have. Income tax is 30% and I think it should be more. I would gladly pay 45, even 50% if it would translate into a more equal standard of living for everyone.

yet we have miscers here calling college "brainwashing", and education "indoctrination", in a generalized sense; hallmarks of the authoritarian right and left.

the media is corporate; we show what people consume, and people enjoy outrage. the USA IS getting less conservative over time, but it's still very conservative today. there are very few politicians in america today who would be considered leftist by global standards, or even by political definition.

Liberalism is an ideology that can't exist in reality. If they were open-minded, they would see the bigger picture of reality. There will always be countries and people who want to destroy your country and culture. Liberals want to shut down free speech from ideas they don't like. I went to a liberal university (University of Michigan), and they were constantly pushing liberal ideas in classes that had nothing to do with politics (with the exception of STEM classes).

I believe schools are required to teach Creationism in school now as well as evolution. History classes in school basically teach that ethnic Europeans just love war and are evil. They spend a crazy amount of time trying to make sure everyone knows Hitler was evil for protecting German culture. You will not be taught any opposing viewpoints. You will only be taught the viewpoint they want you to follow.
Just curious, how do you think hitler should be taught in classes?

When you are young and have never actually contributed to society yet, or worked for anything in the real world, you see life as how you think it should be rather than how it actually is.

This one is tilting me. So apparently to be labeled a conservatism, you need to follow a status quo and that is it? Lmao strong everything, it's a defined political ideology. I am glad I stopped by this thread, you're definitely contending for this years gold in mental gymnastics.

Because the US is far more liberal then it was a 100 years ago & keeps getting more liberal. Go to a way more conservative country like Russia & you will see the opposite of a Bernie voter in that age group. People conform with the political environment they grow up in.
