The key to winning chit tests is to maintain your frame and be indifferent towards what she just said or done. You should've said "so be it" and carried on.

Holy shet, it's nuclear.Nothing you can do. And a man can't use this weapon on a woman, no one would care.

The only time a woman should say this is when she is being threatened. Not when a man emphatically disagrees with her.

Your thoughts?
What you can do:

Turn around, be alpha and have fun without her. Ignore her and try to go no contact.

Don't let a hoe hurt you like that brah!
how can she neg... HOW CAN SHE NEG!!! HOW?!

I have always just completely ignored it and it was fine. There was a girl beside me who'd order new shoes and all the women would come around admiring and chatting about them; I just kinda laughed and kept working. I don't think people perceived me as cold/distant because 1:1 I was very sociable... and women don't talk to me about that girly sh*t 1:1.

I prefer to do my work and do it well, than gain favor with all the office politics. Then again, I have a personality type that people really end up enjoying because I'm so direct, honest and zero drama.

^Post above me is good example of how to be

I have a few tips that in my humble opinion are very useful in the workplace, and I'm still working on these myself... We all have bad days where people piss us off more than usual, or some days where we really just don't want to socialize

I work at a gym at the front desk, and I'm also a personal trainer so I have to talk and deal with people on the daileeeee

***Always be friendly with everyone, I'm not saying you have to be their friend, I'm not saying you need to ask about their day. Just be cordial, say hi with a smile, maybe a knuckle bump or whatever floats your boat. Then keep walking, or keep working.

If someone insists on talking to you.. Nod your head and say things like "Really? That's crazy bro"-- "Yeah I understand how you feel"-- you can even disagree with something and actually be liked even MORE because of your willingness to speak as you feel. for example someone is trying to bother you with stupid mundane chit you don't care about like for me it's football/sports. "Hey xxx did you see that game?" "Nah dude, I'm not a fan of football. Broncos suckhaha"... You're letting them know you aren't interested in the conversation in a friendly manner.

Things like this work with dudes pretty well, always listen to what someone has to say, speak less listen more and people will like you. It's pretty similar for talking with a woman co-worker or something too. Nod your head when you agree, shake your head when you disagree. Say things like "Hah no way??" "Yeah makes sense" "I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree :P"

Speak less, listen more, acknowledge and go on with your life. A lot of what people say is fluff, you don't have to hang on to every word when you listen. People just need to feel like they are being listened to and acknowledged.

Also give out genuine compliments whenever you notice something about someone, to dudes and women alike. For example at my gym if I see someone making some gains or hitting a PR I'll point it out, "Dude you're strong as hell!" or for women "Wow the progress you've made is quite obvious"

Keep in mind I work at a gym, but same things apply in any work place. Give credit where it's due, acknowledge people, listen more speak less. People will like you even if you tend to avoid them. I try to avoid people but if someone's trying to force an interaction I always listen even while I work, or if they're really bothering me I'll straight up tell them "Anyways I better go get my chit done, you're distracting me!!" people in general can respect someone who is getting their chit done

CLIFFS:
1. Listen more speak less

2. If you're busy or you don't want to socialize and someone is talking to you, briefly listen to what they have to say then politely tell them "Anyways man, I'm gonna finish this xxx before my deadline. Stay frosty brotha!" or whatever the case may be (I always say "stay frosty" to people its weird and makes people laugh sometimes)

3. Give out genuine compliments whenever you genuinely notice something. Don't compliment just for the sake of it, it comes off as fake

4. Nodding your head in agreement or disagreement is a good way to show you are listening without actually speaking.

"Really? No example? Not a single one? Anything? Hello?"

She clammed up. For some reason, there is nothing I hate more than someone who clams up when they know they are wrong. It's not that hard to say "ok maybe I was wrong."

She snapped when I said:

"So you have no examples, this is a total fabrication right? Why are you so quiet now? Are you that afraid to admit you're wrong?

She exploded.

"AFRAID? AFRAID? OF YOU???LOL!"

Then asked me to go into a private office where she told me that I'm not a good person, I'm mean, and she doesn't feel comfortable around me anymore."

I got rekt.

I don't think that has ever been used on me. One girl (coworker and lesbian lolz) hit me with "there's nothing you could do right now to make me feel uncomfortable", and then she lifted up her shirt so I could see/feel her tits srs.

Really like this one, and I've started doing it more lately in general - even going out of my way to say it. If someone works hard and does a good job, just go tell them you're impressed.

Sounds like she thought you two were friends then when she brought some criticism (probably some bitching from her team that she didn't verify and just took on trust) you started calling her on it in public. She felt defensive as hell and confused that her buddy was being so aggressive over some small potatoes chit.

Don't think I've ever said this FWIW. Did feel that way with my first husband. He had anger issues and was legit emotionally abusive. His mom was a mean drunk. Called him on it. His words: I just think of the meanest thing I could say and then say it. Went off so bad and so out of the blue one day that I was actually afraid he would hit me. So, yeah, don't feel comfortable with you anymore.

Sounds like she just doesn't trust you as her friendly work buddy anymore.

Make nice OP. Tell her that you felt defensive because you have made it a priority with your team to not be a nuisance and apologize for being public with it. Tell her you want specifics so you can take action to correct the issue. If you say sorry first there is a chance she will back down and maybe say that her info is/was second hand.

Lmao at all the advice for this guy to be the office cuck.

That's what he has to resort to now for even a chance to survive.

He has to be the upbeat cuck who compliments everyone and always apologizes so he doesn't upset anyone.

This is why I say you're better off just quitting and starting over somewhere.

A woman told you that you make her uncomfortable, you are here complaining about her, claiming she apparently feigned sensitivity to manipulate the situation--triggering your sensitivity...

Carry on, carry on...

It ain't small potatoes chit when people downplay your work ethic when you work your ass off. Even had male coworkers and my boss do this. I quit and my former colleagues said I was the best dude there and my boss keeps trying to get me to come back.

That's why we dudes get mad because people don't realize WTF they're saying when they disrespect you, more so women

Lol women and men are constantly doing this thing where they live in a false reality that their team or themselves carry the load in the office and everyone is depending on them to get things done. Every person in the office wants to feel important and like they contribute the most, and you directly took that feeling away in front of everyone in an aggressive manner it seems and you were almost as petty as she was about the whole situation and rather than just saying "oh we'll have to watch for that" after asking for examples you continued after she had already crumbled in front of everyone else by failing to give you any examples. You did nothing more than create more drama than was needed, and while she was wrong and wouldn't admit it there were things that you could've and should've done to avoid the situation completely yet still be right and still remain friends with someone who has seniority over you and who is a higher up in the company. You made a HUGE mistake by remotely calling out someone who is higher up than you

lol.. im not saying they always do it..but yea, this is when its clear society is built around women

there's no recourse for anything. they are submissive and all of this blah blah blah BUT they have this option

women are allowed to instigate/ psychological warfare, and knowingly do it most of the time because it gets their jollies off. and as a male there's nothing you can do about it..other than leave/ get away

Oh God. I nearly made a thread about this very thing happening to me because I was so confused.

- Was on a date, all was going well, talking about sex
- She pulls me to leave the bar
- We walk towards my train station, she says "I think I'll come with you", gets on train
- Grabs me and makes out on train, is very cuddly
- Her stop is 5 minutes away, mine is 45 so I say lets get off at your stop, she is a bit hesitant but says "fine"
- 5 minutes in to walking to her house she says "you are not coming in, I don't know you" - I'm like "do you want to hang out longer?" She says "why are you stalking me?". I apologise and leave.
- I am so confused. I guess I shouldn't have invited myself over, but she was already coming to mine I just though it was more convenient to go to hers. Didn't realise she would completely change her mind if we did it at her house.
- Never see her again.

There's two ways to combat this.
1. Become someone genuinely frightening. Put an actuall fear in her instead of the fake fear she says she has. (This is risky)

2. Use female's natural inclination to hate each other against them. Just be like, "Yeah Sally said you were fragile-minded. I told her you weren't but I guess she was right". She'll turn her hate toward Sally, and try to win your approval. She'll also totally believe that another woman was talking behind her back, because talking behind people's back is basically 80% of a woman's day.
