Even if im 50.0000001% and theres no money in pot id take that flip every time (excluding rake).

I'm not willing to go broke in a deep stack game with just a pair when I can find a better spot I see the value here marginal at best played over infinity.

Best case scenario? He bet 1/3 pot after a reraise to an UTG 3 bet raise! If that doesn't say KK,QQ,JJ or IDK what I'm doing... nothing does. Best case scenario is villain folds or calls with Ax and is dominated (this is the most likely given previous information stated)
You're ignoring the context that OP plays tight (probably TAP) reraised 10x blinds, then bet 1/3 pot. Given that information no way villain is reraising with a made hand, he is either drawing or has a dead ace... and you want your money in against either one of those (not to mention potential fold equity). This is a relatively easy spot (but definitely could be confusing given OP's poker experience)
For example, let's say I'm playing with op and have 10/J spades UTG and make that first call. You bet 55 into 165 I'm going to fold 75%, squeeze play 25% based on his bet size. You bet 140 into 165 I fold 100% of the time. Of course this is all dependent on what type of player these people are etc. etc.

I still think I'm checking in op's position to protect my 1010 to KK range, check raising AA, AK with a heart, and 109h, 98h.

Am I reading it wrong
UTG rse to 15. (66+ AQo+)
UTG+1. Call. (22+ AKo)
OP raise to 50
Btn call. (22+Aks, 78s+ if Laggy)
UTG call ( 22+)
As 6h 2h
UTG checks
OP bet 50
Btn raise to 200
Given that action I easily see Btn easing for value.

2/5 NL 9 players
UTG opens for $15, UTG+1 calls and folds to me in MP which I come in for a raise with AK of diamonds for $50, it Folds to the button who makes the call and the initial raiser calls. we go 3 ways to the flop
flop: As 6h 2h
UTG checks, I bet $55 into a pot of $180, the button check raises me to $200 and the UTG folds.
The player on the button is a local reg at the casino, he's a very good aggressive player and is capable of having a wide range of hands with a $55 pre flop bet in position. I have a very tight image on the table and he knows I'm not leading out with anything less than AK in this position. If I flat the flop I know there's a very good chance he's going to jam all in on the turn regardless of what comes out, so I figure I have 2 options, either to fold or jam on the flop. I give it some thought and ultimately come to the conclusion to fold, I'm getting just a little over 2-1 to call and I just can't see how I am ever ahead in this situation.
He shows me Ah 9h, and said he would have snapped called me if I jambed my $650 stack on the flop. I was basically called an idiot at the table after revealing to them I had AK.
But with a little over 2-1 pot odds and essentially being at the very bottom of the range for calling the flop I dont' see how I could have made the call, even the flush draw. what are you thoughts? thanks

IF you do have a tight image you have to definitely consider what your opponents are thinking of you. (It is helpful to play some hands loosely... showdown weak holdings... this helps to show your opponents you are capable of playing ANY holdings. With that being said you should do this very rarely... not too loose or you will obviously lose a lot!) Keep in mind opponents will play off of your tight image - which can actually hurt you - make it easier to play against tight people.) Players will plays hands like A6-A2 to try and snap a tight player off their stack.
It is critical to pay the most attentions to the players immediately acting behind you. Specifically in this hand the Button.
1. How many hands and what types of hands has the button called $50 preflop?? (What kind of hands will he call the 3bet as opposed to raising again preflop?)
2. Has the button been playing hands like A-little?? (are A6 and A2 in his range?)
3. Does he play hands like 3h4h? Will he raise on flush draw alone? like a JhTh?? Will he only raise with the nut draw??
4. Has he been showing little pairs? 22 - 66? -> It is reasonable to have a set in this situation. How has the button played sets in hands prior?
**5. You have to go through ALL ranges of hands this guy has played and how he played them. You don't have to narrow it down to his EXACT hand but yet the situation and how he was played them in the passed.**
5. If you can Easily conclude he would make this play with a flush draw/straight draw/or even a bluff... then you should move all-in.
6. If you can put him on a flush draw - will your all-in bet be enough to push him off of a draw?? Because in this case you could have won the entire pot if he folded!! Maybe he is the type of player to call the nut flush draw no matter what? (This is something to consider)
Although you folded when you were ahead he still had 12 outs X2. Turn and River drawing to nine hearts and three nines. But still you always want your money in when you're ahead.
Another note. Obviously your reputation cannot be too tight. You are being raised on that board with a weaker ace. 'If you think someone is tight.. would you raise them with weak A kicker??
I think an easy ship based on the info you provided. But you must consider the questions above.

On that note, 22+Aks, 78s+ on a26 board with AK how would you fold to a raise? As the poster above me stated there are many variables to take into consideration and that goes for every hand. However in this situation, how often is he raising with Ax or 9 10 hearts as opposed to 22 or 66? Any time you can get money in +EV you should (especially in a live game). I can see looking for a better spot...but this was about as good a spot as it gets.
Especially coupled in with his weak bet prompting a raise in almost every situation from any knowledgeable player (assuming it isn't a level), I see no choice but to shove.
Lurking since '04.

OP has 550 behind after flop bet.
Now me personally I'm betting sets, two pair and flush draws for value here.
If I only flat a set now the pot is still super snall. I want him to overvalue his AK. I know if my flush hits the turn OP shuts down. I know if I flat the flop OP should get supicious and check turn. Then if I bet the turn it very well could go check fold.
The only way I'm building a pot to get paid on a flush or set or two pair is to do it now.

If you had a set why raise from 55 to 200? If you flat flop why would OP be suspicious on that board? You can easily have A10-AQ. Proper raise sizing for value is ~3X.

Yeah there's actually some decent analysis now after the thread threatened to degenerate into the usual online poker troll sh*t of "Lolz donk I'll play you heads up for my roll any time blabla"

The was absolutely no reason to let that hand go, and really, you could have called or the better option, shoved. It does make sense to him that he would call a shove and really he has reason to with all that's already in the pot and only needing to hit the flush, or even hitting a 9. The fact that he was even in with A9h is mind boggling and shows how loose he is. The correct play for him was to re-raise you which he did, but that's because he had the Ace with a nut flush up on the board. You technically had him beat odd-wise, which is why if you could have correctly put him on that hand (with knowledge/experience, it was obvious he had AXh), your correct play would have been to shove.Be cool to get a thread going of some hand analysis'.
But with a little over 2-1 pot odds and essentially being at the very bottom of the range for calling the flop I dont' see how I could have made the call, even the flush draw. what are you thoughts? thanks
2/5 NL 9 players
UTG opens for $15, UTG+1 calls and folds to me in MP which I come in for a raise with AK of diamonds for $50, it Folds to the button who makes the call and the initial raiser calls. we go 3 ways to the flop

ps. Only reason he is a fish is because A9h should have been folded, even on the button. It's an enticing hand, but not when it gets raised UTG, called UTG+1, and re-raised from MP. He could have elected to call your bet, however, a re-raise is definitely a fine option, but that did mean he was committed, meaning he's hoping for that heart.
Oh, and I'm not that good at poker, but this seemed obvious to me. In fact, I haven't been able to play it much since I live in Japan at the moment.

thought it was pretty obvious since he knows you're tight he'd be betting on a flush draw in which case you have the odds and it is worth you going all in over the top of him. What someone else mentioned also, since 3 of you were in the hand post flop you should have bet more strongly KNOWING you have the best hand considering the way the hand was played pre-flop.

Can anyone give me their thoughts on a hand I played last weekend at the local casino? I'm about 6 months in playing live cash games and I'm still getting used to the lingo, anyway here we go:
But with a little over 2-1 pot odds and essentially being at the very bottom of the range for calling the flop I dont' see how I could have made the call, even the flush draw. what are you thoughts? thanks

Analysis: He's calling a 3bet from UTG which suggests he is likely fairly strong as he is out of position. Cavet: If he views you as weak, he might open up his range to abuse you if you miss. Based on the flop and your action, it looks like you hit and he can reasonably put you on a ace mid/high kick or a pocket pair and hoping he missed an ace. For him, his range is likely a weaker ace than yours, pocket pair, hearts or air. I think two pair is unlikely because it's pretty loose to play ace 2/ace 6 UTG to a 3bet from a tight player when there is a good chance you have an ace. It doesn't really make sense to bet with a pocket pair/mid ace here because if you're ahead you're losing value and if you're behind, they arent' folding. I'd say a flush draw is the most likely here.
The smart play, IMO, is let another card peel off and evaluate. If you're going to fold to a shove regardless, then folding on the flop is the right move. Personally, I'd of called the flop and check/call the turn unless a heart peeled off.

I'm not willing to go broke in a deep stack game with just a pair when I can find a better spot I see the value here marginal at best played over infinity.

SPR is a bit over 3 on a drawy but as safe as it gets board (as in 2 pairs are very unlikely). Its an automatic stack off with AK here.
+ we dont have Ah
Plus what 2 pairs are you giving villain here? You give him all A2 and A6 and 22 combos here? no.
(Although with the bitch 3bet that OP made preflop 22 is a call i guess in crtain live tables).
In addition, OP made a small bet that invites naked draws and even an occasional weaker ace to a raise as well.
With those stack sizes in a 3bet pot, its a shove. Youre only getting stacked by the occasional 66 here.

Not folding. He is either repping Ax, a set or a flush. Very unlikely he has 66 or 22. Could be repping a flush draw, but you still have to call and only worry if a heart comes out. Bad fold, but don't worry brah happens to us all.
