I actually had a very similar incident back when I was in the work force. Me and the girl always joked around, I would tell her to blow me and chit like that. Then out of the blue one day I get called to drive to corporate and there she is sobbing her eyes out across the table and we have the talk. They called me in to fire me but I guess after I talked and apparently she begged them not to fire me, I didnt get fired.

Never talked to her again, which was weird because we use to spend out entire shifts talking to each other.

I would later hear she went along with all the chit I always said because she wanted me to like her, but I guess one day I bullied her too much or some chit and she went home crying or some chit. Idk.

Exactly man, that was private communication and they violated my privacy. I am waiting on the Union to see what I have to do next but tomorrow I am definitely getting a lawyer because none of these things happened on the job.
