Help me out

I got a called yesterday from HR and they informed me that they are doing an impending investigation and effective immediately I am being suspended. I have to go on Monday at 9 O’clock to sit with a union representative because apparently a female coworker complained that I have sent her inappropriate text.

I find this is to be ludicrous because we were very good friends and then we had a little disagreement and now she went to HR for that? How can they fire me for things that are considered private communication?

Find texts that she sent you that were inappropriate and counter claim. Also say nothing or hand over anything , till you are briefed fully on the claim against you. Co worker witnesses to back up your side of the story is also helpful , Good luck brah. Females man pfft.
