McGregor would get KO'd by featherweights in pure boxing, he's a great MMA fighter but it's a whole different sport.

id prefer he fights someone like Thurman, Porter, or Canelo so he could get his face absolutely destroyed. that way ppl will quit the comparisons of UFC and Boxing.

theres a reason every popular UFC fighter calls out Floyd. theres a reason Dana White brings up boxing every chance he can. hes extremely insecure (many MMA guys are, tbh). there was a point where people thought Ronda Rousey could beat Floyd. then a female BOXER beat the dog chit out of her and ended her career.

anyone that wants to keep pushing the "a MMA'er would destroy a boxer in a street fight / octagon!!" narrative should watch the Rousey vs Holm fight and quickly stfu.

Conor loses in a boxing match, Mayweather loses in an MMA match. Simple.Although I do think that Mayweather would have a better chance at an MMA match, than Conor would in a boxing match. All it takes is one good shot and Mayweather could end it before it hits the ground. They really are two completely different sports though. Conor doesn't care if he loses, this fight would set him up for life monetarily. I doubt that it will happen anyways.

Don't try to act like you know sht. I've been watching boxing for 40 years. I watched Foreman/Moorer live. I watched Ward/Sanchez live. Sometimes guys who are getting their ass kicked can score a shot. It's happened forever.

Like I said in my previous two posts, I don't think it's going to happen. Floyd is too elusive. Too skilled. But lightning can strike.

Yeah. Moorer stopped taking advice from his coach and stood instead of moving to the right. His coach was telling him all night to move right and not get set up. It's even in the ****ing full fight video during the break. You can hear this chit.
