I don't know how teachers do it. They aren't allowed to police their own classrooms, and parents get up in arms when the teacher tries to.

Don't hit at all if it is honorably possible to avoid hitting; but never hit softly.

Honestly, after reading the story, I'm kind of like "...OK."

He apparently attacked other students and had attacked his paraprofessional multiple times, including threats to kill him.

If it was a one-time outburst when the guy tried to move him, I'd think "maladjusted 10-year-old, sit his ass down and explain life to him", but at a certain point, the consequences have to come home. I'm just not sure if the autism will really allow him to put it together and understand what happened.
Nah, fukk that. I’m not doing that.

If a kid is melting down and kicking people, probably with a long history of doing so, he doesnt belong in a public or private school. Keep his ass at home.. Nobody getting kicked is just shrugging it off because the kid is a half-retard. He clearly has a history of doing so based on the conversation. He also has a potty mouth, wtf, where is the father?

Edit: just read he attacked the whole school practically... lmao.. build the kid a basement PLEASE.

IN after anti-Miscers call us names about defending the cops. Serves you right.. Cops did the right thing.

Good, the autist is just going to be a leach for the rest of his life that makes people uncomfortable. Should have just shot him for "resisting" arrest

I would also bet he was raised by a single mom... just lmao

Either those are some really cheap desks or that's one strong fuking 6-year-old.

Yeah I understand they only handcuff for ease of procedure/stop him from running or hurting himself, but it still looks ridiculous to see a 10 year old get handcuffed

IF any of you retards actually looked into the story you would see that it is justified, and the DA is still pressing felony battery charges.
