And also blame the 'victim' who chose to complete a written statement as to the events that transpired and chose to pursue criminal charges on said kid?




Police were sitting in their car chilling. Probably listening to a bit of music or watching youtube videos hoping to chill out. Then dispatch called them on the radio and sent them this call. Once on scene they listened to someone whine about getting kicked by a child. Since the 'victim' wants to pursue criminal charges and policy/general orders dictate when someone has been victimized you are to place the suspect under arrest. They did nothing more or less then their job.





Yep. Those officers who were hoping to just chill out and have a good day are responsible. Lets not blame the parents. Or the school. Or the person that decided to dial 911. Or the person that got 'victimized' and decided they needed to pursue criminal charges. 90% of the time when police take action on something its because they were called to said location by someone whining about an issue that they decided the police needed to handle because they were incapable of handing. MAYBE 10% of law enforcement is actively looking for a criminal and self initiating an investigation/arrest.

I remember when i was in 1st grade, some kid named Mathew was known to have anger problems. I will never forget when he picked up his desk and threw it at our teacher, turned around and punch our little locker cubbies while screaming "fuk you!". No jail time lol, im pretty sure they made him sit in the hall for 15 mins and then come back in to finish coloring our turkey pictures.

But anyways, in my opinion, I see nothing wrong here. If autistic he should be in a learning environment where they can expect these sort of outbursts, and know how to handle them.
