It's not complicated.

In general, you're never going to be "too muscular" for women as a natty. It's a pointless thing to worry about for most of us.

But aside from that, attraction varies. Just as some miscers like petite girls while others like thick women. I've seen miscers slobbering over females who look borderline whale status to me, but to each his own. Taste among females varies even more.

Someone who's gotten a taste of reality. Muscles won't hurt you but they aren't the end all be all like a lot of miscers like to cope with. Out of a 10, muscles will help you maybe 0.5 point. People who say that are either trying to cope or are a combo of ugly/awkward and after they got jacked didn't see any more success. Some women might not necessarily be 'attracted' to it. But for the most part the hate will come from the insecure one's who think they don't deserve it or can't get it.

Early 20s female's it might not matter so much. Especially if they are really attractive and are in college. They are more used to fit/athletic guys. Once they get mid to late 20s they start appreciating it a lot more. 30s to 40s they'll practically fukking worship your body. (srs)




Guarantee you the twinks that say women don't like muscular men haven't had females not be able to keep their hands off their body and keep rubbing/touching them and beg you to take them. I've been lifting 10+ years and I can see a clear difference in level of sexual attraction once you put on muscle/have physique that's better then most other guys.



With all that said if your lifting for female attention/thinking it'll make some kind of difference your doing it wrong.

A lean-ish highly muscled low bodyfat body (fightclub physique plus a few more kgs and definition) is the best body to attract women. They are turned off by big bodybuilder types, as well as skinny guys.

I watched Generation Iron 2 with an elderly lady in the room. The only thing she said was 'which moms allow their sons to turn into these ugly things? it's excessive". She said people need to run away from them and they're overdoing it. Bodybuilding Pros are not attractice to most women. You'll probably get a lot of guy attention though if that's what you're aiming for.

Lean, Muscular, not too big is where you want to be after seeing the disgust on her face seeing them. Eventually she made me turn off the documentary lol.

Let me know when girls literally hit you up on your body alone both in tinder in and in real life barely getting to know you fam. If you have some semblance of mass, are lean and have decent proportions aka good shoulder to waist ratio and 17+ inch cut arms then you will see for yourself. Its actually Cray the reactions women and people in general do when they see a tall jacked male in real life.

I say to myself I don't get the fuss but at the same time going out every day it's rare to see another guy who is 6'1 205 10% bodyfat or the equivalent in different heights (5'9 180, 5'10 185 6' 200 6'2 210+ LEAN etc).

There's only a percentage who like bulky bearmode men but the common denominator is LEAN. If you're lean and have mass then it's ideal in most women's eyes. It's kinda stupid saying "unless you like an IFBB pro" since only .001 of the pop could like that anyways.

Getting bigger while staying lean has revealed to me that chicks actually like men bigger as long as you're <15%bf and have at least a decent face. When you get to a certain level chicks have no problems showering you with unwarranted compliments or being straightforward/upfront with their sexual advances.
