No family crew so I’ve just got a turkey breast roast (in fact I think I bought it last year but then I traveled for Thanksgiving so it’s been in the freezer since)

I used to cook the turkey for my family, brb 7 hours in the oven, brb keep injecting it with butter, brb still dry as fuark.

Now I chop the turkey up into different parts (breasts/wings/thighs/legs) and dry brine it. It cooks much faster this way and is moist and joocy.

I like smoking turkey on my charcoal grill too. I'm gonna do a cajun one this year.
