I reached BW strict press when i hit 305, took awhi
PRs:
Squat: 630 (sleeves)
Deadlift: 735 (straps)
Strict OHP: 330
Log Clean & Press: 360
Gave stickyashell hope and now he's back in strength sports crew

nope. hate that exercise, hurts back. struggle to do 85lb standing press while i can do 90s seated for reps lol. that doesn't make much sense

Yes, did 185x2 about too weeks ago. (Current weight 184). I got there by doing calisthenics (handstand push-ups) for about seven months that StrongLifts for about 3.5 months). Form is important, on this lift in my experience. If you hit the right groove, it feels so much lighter.

275x3 on seated military press is my personal best and I go about 250 depending on the day.
DBs I can work with 90s for sets.
Standing OHP is fun but it becomes too much of an Olympic lift with the "hop" needed to clear bigger weight.

i can hit my BW (170+/-) for bout 3-5.
i can rep 135 for like 12-15 id say (haven't actually tried to do that many reps, but my first set is usually 135 for 8 and i still have a lot of gas left in the tank)

My best was 10 reps with bodyweight. Could probably have done more. Done 8 reps with 200lb at 175 bodyweight.
Best lifts:
Olympic Squat: 410 x 5
Bench Press: 420 @
Strict Press: 225 x 5
Body Weight: 180
