Miscers who actually lift, Can you OHP your bodyweight?

I hit 175 for a super grinder two weeks ago. So I'm about 10lbs from a bodyweight ohp.

If you can OHP your bodyweight, how long did it take you and how did you do it? Reps for srs answers

OHP is usually 60-70% of bench.

That said, strong would be:

1x body weight OHP
1.5x body weight bench
2x body weight squat
2.5x body weight deadlift

200-300-400-500 for a 200 lb guy

Most I've managed is 135 but I can't do it now.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

I could do my bodyweight for 2 or 3 reps before I stopped OHPing with a barbell. It probably took about 3 years. I've always had a good OHP and weak bench though.

Nope, 205 bw and the most Ive ever done is 195 for a single. These days I'd be lucky to get 180-190 as I havent done it the last 2-3 months. Smith machine BTN press is all I do for shoulder pressing now.

Soon, can strict 205 and Push Press 242, also did a Log Press for 185x5, bodyweight about 265 at the moment.

Been training it less than one year seriously and currently have a torn labrum/impingement in my left shoulder. Once I have that corrected I expect to break bodyweight easily, it holds my bench back more but also these.

I'm ~185 and can OHP 135 without my form going to chit.

I have something janky in my right shoulder but have been building it up slowly with a lot of lateral and rear deltoid work. Bodyweight OHP is the goal after I get a 2 plate bench (again, been neglecting due to shoulder)

Yea I haven't been focusing on it, been doing a bunch of bench variations for almost a month and a half and one random day I decided to ohp, I hit a 15lb Pr.

I rep 135 x 8

Never maxed, but with bad form I think I could push 185 once (maybe).

I can't OHP at all. I could prob start working on it with super light weights but I'm terrified of re-injuring my shoulder or hurting my left shoulder. Feels bad man.

Shoulder injuries are a bitch but I found that my shoulder got better when I started pressing more.

Do you feel those numbers are accurate? I've heard around the forums that many people feel those numbers are low and should be higher?

I really have no idea?
