What's your energy level like *******? You a caffeine beast, or just a will power guy.

I'd like to be earlier but it's pretty damn near impossible being in college. Brb some classes actually end at 9 pm. I've gotten used to having to sleep at 2:30 or 3 am cause of homework/study others things. I'm hoping once I'm a wagecel I can adjust my sleep way back.

I wake up around 6 except for the weekends and still feel like that's late af. Although I am also hard to get going in the morning like a few others said. I take it easy, coffee, wait a bit and have breakfast, read newspaper/browse internet etc.
Mind always blown when people say they wake up at 6 and at the gym at 6:15-6:30.

Closer to 4PM currently (well ~2PM). Feelsbadman.
I have a real tough time falling asleep any earlier than the night before, so my sleep pattern has deteriorated for the millionth time. I'm self-employed so it doesn't affect my work really since I just do it whenever I'm up, but it does affect my mood. I feel so much better waking up at 4-6AM. Feel so low energy and chitty when I wake up any time after 9AM.
Gonna have to pull an all nighter soon to fix it I think.

5:30 is the GOAT if you don't want to be in bed at like 8pm to function normally
5:30 wake up, get a lot of work done before 7 when I wake up rest of the house, go to bed 10:30

I find ~6am is the earliest for me. I really try to get 8 hours of sleep b/c that allows me to feel my best. Getting up any earlier than 6 and I am having to go to bed before 10pm which can be a challenge.

I'd also like to add that the most beneficial thing you can do for yourself in terms of energy levels is to have a consistent sleep schedule. Whatever time you are getting up at during the week, you should be getting up on the weekend. It is a game changer.

Go to bed early
Get up 4:20
Cold shower
Light workout (pushups, situps, stretching, **** like that)
Then coffee
... you don't want to wake up and immediately drink caffeine. Your body has a system devoted to getting you up and running, help it out (cold showering, light workout) and then drink the stims.

All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.
