that means it wants permission from your phone to access your gallery to upload the pic. Its not taking your whole gallery its just a security measure they do on every single phone in existence. You click yes and then select the pic you want to upload

It won't give access to your whole gallery, just the picture you choose. When you click "Accept" for access to the gallery then it will let you select photo(s) that you actually want to upload.

Also, just LOL @ getting in an e-fight while being armed with minimal Internet knowledge.
