A few other people have said it in this thread already but it is worthy of repetition in a distilled form:

I only got married because I met someone who brought out the best in me, and that includes the electrifying sex that we have. Even the quickies on the dining room table while a sauce is simmering, to the longer Sunday afternoon festivals. If you think that your sex life with a person necessarily will get boring over time then don't marry that person (assuming sex is important to you).

Most people don't have the luxury of truly marrying someone they are very attracted to, that plus the natural boredom of repetition you can see how many relationships just end up being a business for a family. However, if both partners are legitimately attracted to each other, there shouldn't be a major problem. Sometimes you might need to take a break to create tension again, role play, try different moves etc... though as people get older the ferocity will most likely diminish; but by then you should have more important things to worry about.

You know opie life is not all about sex, sometimes you sacrifice your sexual fullfillment for greater purposes : Building a familly, a home, bringing harmony in your life.

I'd rather take a bland sexual life with a loving, caring and beautiful wife than the opposite with a pornstar in bed but a wacko or a lackluster for the rest.

But the typical culprit is the male not maintaining his sexual attractiveness. He gains weight, might not do masculine things around the house, doesn't understand how to stoke her responsive desire, becomes lazy and irresponsible ( therefore becoming one more child she has to look after)

There are books and videos that can teach people who don't understand these things.

Unfortunately for me this isn't my issue. I struggle with the part that's easy for guys. The relationship stuff. I excel at the areas most guys struggle with (keeping her turned on.)

That's because they get bored and stop trying. And sometimes the woman makes the guy act this way. Most people do get bored with each other after a few years, this is why everyone gets divorced and cheats. If everything was as spicy as the honeymoon phase it would all be good

When you have kids - from age 1-5ish you have a permanent roommates or bed mate there to prevent you from having anymore kids.

The answer is that a lot of people do, but that's because an individual usually declines in terms of facial aesthetics and does not maintain their body as much as they used to when they were younger.
