Definitely does. From my experience in relationships, the couple of real life adults I talked to, and then my dad even said sex goes out the window after the first couple years. If I get married I'll already plan on this going in and would try my hardest to not cheat. I think it would definitely help if your wife maintained a good figure throughout the course of her life but even then it's inevitable
