i don't want to defend the girl. in fact, based on the story it's difficult to defend her actions. but you have to remember the cardinal rule, which is this: there will ALWAYS be someone who is willing to put up with her bullchit. if not you, it's gonna be someone else. having said that, i think the OP of that thread should have said something to the girl, verbally communicate what he thinks of the situation. by doing that, he's acting in a very logical, mature way. by not communicating, he's allowing the behavior to continue.

i remember when i was 16 lol. seriously though, this is one of the first lessons you learn growing up. never imagine life together, and don't create things that aren't there. stop making a script in your head, etc. you will set yourself up to fall hard, and it will be your own fault, not hers.
