Interesting.

I become aware when I'm dreaming quite often, but I slip out of it very easily.
Like once I know I'm dreaming and try get a hot bish to manifest herself before me I'll snap out of it ..

I used to experience this at least 3 times a day when i was working night shift, dead serious. sometimes i would just doze off in the middle of the day, in clear sunlight, and im paralyzed and start hearing or seeing things. but because i got it so many times i grew used to it. like if there's a lady right in front of me (hallucination) and shes yelling at me, in my head im just like "shut up already..." wasn't scared of it anymore and it just got annoying.

there was this one annoying time it happened, my brother was talking to me, telling me to get something and i was so sleep deprived from night shift, i just closed my eyes and i was stuck in sleep paralysis. when i came to, my brother was just looking at me as if i was possessed or something lol. or as if i had a seizure.

i think the worst one was when i was looking at myself, in my sleep paralysis episode i just turned to my side and saw myself staring at me

its just an annoyance now though, there's no fear at all when i get it now, its just like "aw damn it, c'mon hurry up"
There is only one Hell: the one we live in now.

I've had sleep paralysis a few times in my life - notably onlyaftermy cancer, which was on the pineal gland, a part of the brain that amongst other functions impacts your release of melatonin and handle sleep cycles.

While my exact memory of them is fuzzy now, one of the instances of sleep paralysis prior to the most recent that I remember was kind of interesting because I had taken the time to researchwhatsleep paralysis is, I was essentially able to ride through the experience since I was technically cognizant, so I was therefore able to rationalize what was happening. I mean, I was still frozen and unable to move, but I was able to think my way through it until it passed on its own.

I'm pretty sure that last, most recent incident that was induced by real-life stress. Silly as it is, my computer was acting like a damn idiot and kept waking up from sleep at random times during the night despite taking every apparent measure to prevent such a thing, courtesy of Windows 10's retardation. I sleep relatively close to my computer, and I thought that I heard the "click" noise of my computer waking up, and apparently just thinking that I heard something was enough tosort ofwake me up but still leave me in the exact type of state between being awake and dreaming that causes sleep paralysis. Even when it's not something "scary," the feeling of being unable to move is certainly... unique.

I've had that experience once in my entire life and by all that is holy in the skies and by gods mercyful grace I don't want to have it a second time ever.

It's a level of fear unlike anything you can suffer in 'real' life.

I've never experienced that. Every time I'm in that middle phase where you know you're sleeping I count to 3 and on 3 I use everything in me to wake up.

Use to happen to me on a regular. Once every few months.

Stopped after I was in Israel and a rabbi randomly stopped me on the tour on was on in Jersualem to 'bless' me. Haven't had it since (Whether it has anything to do with it or not) but it was just extremely random (Out of a large party of like 40+ people) he singles me out.

So go get blessed by a rabbi lol

I've had this happen to me once. I thought the weight of Jupiter was coming down on me and I couldn't do a damn thing about it.

When I finally snapped out of it--and it felt like it took a millennium to do so--my bedsheets were drenched in sweat. Definitely the scariest thing that's happened to me.

It's happened to me before. The similarity for me is watching Criminal Minds while falling asleep. Sometimes it'll trigger sleep paralysis or lucid dreams. In my sleep paralysis it feels like someone is trying to rape me and I'm trying to wake up and punch the living fk of whoever I imagine being on top of me but I can't move at all. In my lucid dreams it's me being held at gun point and one time being shot and killed. I went through a phase where I would actually seek those experiences but it messed with my mind too much so I stopped watching Criminal Minds.

I don't believe in the supernatural, but its very odd that everyone seems to have the same experience with sleep paralysis.
