Back then when I was 18 and brought it up to the doctor I had then when I was there for a sinus infection he said some people are just late bloomers. I feel like I never finished puberty. I don't have any chest hair and can't grow a beard and I'm a few months away from 29 years old. Is this normal ?

OP confront him in a civil way just tell him you can’t give me rides anymore explain why and ask him to stop calling you. If he argues or threatens you descelate the situation walk away and then report it to the police. That would be the most logical thing to do.
Or..... you could always stomp him out if he threatens you. I’m fairly certain you could take an old man.

I am not going to a psychiatrist until I know I don't have a physical problem such as a hormone deficiency or a growth on my pituitary gland. Is it normal to not start puberty until 1 month before turning 19? I was the only person besides one freshman student in my high school of 2500+ students that looked like he was 12 years old and I was 18 at the time
