Lmao your doc is playing you son,

You have headaches from caffeine withdrawals. Your doc is just telling you to treat it by taking more of the drug that you're withdrawing from in the first place.

Just about every one of my coworkers that drinks more than one cup a day:

has a chit diet
doesn't get enough sleep
takes 2-3 bathroom chit breaks a day

One of my male coworkers even adds soy milk to his coffee. And he is obsessed with the Switch, wears flannel every day, even in 90 degree heat, and smiles with his mouth open. Dead srs.

Excedrine has caffeine in them. 65mg in each pill.

--The proper plural form of the Latin adjective biceps is bicipites, a form not in general English use. Instead, biceps is used in both singular and plural (i.e., when referring to both arms). The form bicep [sic], although common even in professional contexts, is considered incorrect. (from Wikipedia)

Just don't pretend it's a healthy option. Coffee has actually been shown to have health benefits.

Doesn't coffee have actual studied benefits though?

Either way It's nice just having 1 cup in the morning to keep me satisfied until lunch. It also doesn't seem to affect me going to the bathroom other than my piss smelling awful.

I drink it because it's a myostatin inhibitor to a certain extent.

Coffee is good for you. Look up "why coffee is good for you" on Google.
