Thank God I stopped watching these political circuses after the last decent installments of Dark Knight/First Iron Man. What a fuking hilarious sh*tshow. Blatant discrimination with casting, but it's against whites so it's justified. rofl. Superman isn't human; he's Kryptonian. That said, I don't recall the Kryptonian race having darker skin or a black Superman in canon stories and not "what if" scenarios.




I like Michael B. Jordan as an actor, he stole the show in Black Panther and Creed. I don't care if they have PoC in roles they're not normally cast in, as long as it doesn't contradict the character/lore and isn't the focus of conversation/movie.

I thought Henry Cavill did well and certainly looked the part.

DC keeps shooting themselves in the foot by recasting. Marvel has consistent casting and it’s easier to get attached to the characters. I also think Wonder Women was cast pretty well too.

the crazy thing is, none of this real superman is not real and he can be whatever the creators want him to be. I stand corrected, thank you. It's hard to keep track of all the multiverses and timelines with both Marvel and DC, especially when they do "reboots" every decade or so. If they're doing that Superman, I wonder how it's going to fit in with the current Justice League and the lore.
