During cutting/fat loss you want higher intensity and less volume to stimulate your CNS and preserve muscle mass (retaining strength/muscle mass are heavily correlated)… you're not going to build muscle while in a deficit so what's the logic of high volume? It's just making recovery harder.

Damn OP impressive. But before we can conclusively say for sure that you are the fittest/hottest man that ever lived, we need to know how much pussy you get. You're obviously leagues ahead in every other required category, but what's the point of being that fking sexy if you don't have hoards of women at your disposal? I used to do that, but now I prefer to do the opposite. Save it for a balls out lowish rep set, and then marginally drop the weight to stay in a given rep range

Volume > cardio in my mind lol. I just incorporate more supersets.

That's a variation of it really.

Sometimes I think even simply walking a very heavy bar out (without even squatting it) and then putting it back causes changes in - I guess - the CNS 'memory'? I've done it and then suddenly that 315 seems more like 225.

Probably a placebo effect, but as we all know, 90% of this chit is a mindgame.

Ohh but it does, I’d rather be slightly chub and thick than a skinny bish. That’s been my mentality since even before I started lifting lol and I fully attribute that to cardio.

I have 88 youtube followers, 2,300 instagram followers ( only because I followed and unfollowed thousands of people just to get to that number), and 600 twitter followers, yet i'm bigger, faster, stronger, and HOTTER than every single internet fitness personality or celebrity.

This is the equivalent of me running a 9.45 in the 100 meter dash FAT timed, meaning fully automatically timed, and then going into a track and field forum and showing everyone the video and telling them that I just broke Usain Bolts world record in the 100 meter dash of 9.58 and it was done fully automatically timed, and then having the entire forum ignore me and tell me that my world record doesn't count or something.

If you watch all of my videos I go below parallel on all of my hack squats and pause it at the bottom and then come back up.

Ok so you post a video of me on instagram doing 550.

Then you straight out lie to me.

The machine you're using is nowhere near the same as i'm using. Yeah they are both Icarians but they are different versions of an Icarian. Yours has handles at the bottom. Yours is at a lower angle thus making the lifts easier.

You claimed to have done 550 with bands. But on your instagram not only are you struggling to get 495 up for 5 reps with no bands, but you're not even going to the bottom. When you go to the bottom you should hear a bang, I don't hear a bang in any of your reps, thus you're not going to the bottom. Thus you're making the lift even easier because you're going 2 to 3 inches above the bottom.

Then add in the fact that you're shorter, which technically should make less of a range of motion for you, meaning it's easier for you.

How can anyone trust what you say when you're a liar?

I mean if you would have been honest then I wouldn't have had a problem.

Wait hold on. I forgot to roast you more. Add in the fact that your feet placement is higher on the mat. That makes it easier. If you watch all of my videos on hack squats I place my feet at the bottom of the mat. Yours are in the middle of the mat.

Foot placement makes a huge deal because I can get up over 600 with my feet at the top now. But with my feet at the bottom I can only do 560. Oh and forgot to add in the fact that you're not even pausing it like I am. It's tougher to pause it at the bottom and come back up.

So basically to sum this up I just roasted the hell out of you and made you out to be the liar that you are, and I don't even think you will have a come back at this point. How could you? What's your excuse going to be this time?
