The irony is that if the SJWs have their way and sh*t like this continues, the logical conclusion is for every character on every show to be a white American, just in case anyone with a different skin colour or accent might be a stereotype and offend someone... So the show has been on the air for almost 30 seasons and just now people are having a problem with it ? The Simpsons shouldn't bend the knee , they should keep the character because he is an important one .

The only reason Apu became a big deal was because Hank Azaria (a white man) was doing the voice for Apu. If Raj from Big Bang Theory did Apu's voice, there wouldn't have been an issue.

Pretty much every character in the simpsons is a stereotype. The usual suspects are simply mad at his because he is brown and voice actor white.

Oh well, at last apu cant be tarnished in future simpson episodes. Who actually still watches the simpsons? Should have ended years ago.

This. Apu is one of the best characters on the show.

Guarantee that the ones "offended" by him are all white SJW's.

How have people not learned to never apologize or acquiesce to SJW's yet? Hopefully the Simpsons finally gets cancelled over this.
