I saw it with my gf at the time who had never seen Star Wars. The movie was made for people like her

I hated it cause it ruined everything, but she enjoyed it of course.

The movie shredded everything that the characters were

If you didn't like it then you're obviously just a racist sexist homophobe who feels threatened by women and minorities being empowered.

^^^ Unfortunately this is Rian Johnson and his SJW fan's response to any criticism about the film. You can't dislike it without being a full blown Nazi.

I mean it was obvious that this was very intentional, especially with the "letting the past die" quote in the movie. Rian Johnson, the smug little ******* that he is, gets off over all the backlash of him killing the series and the Skywalker legacy. I can't believe they're going to let that stupid SJW **** make more films.

Mind=blown at the ****s ITT hating on Episode 3. For most Star Wars fans, that’s easily their number 1 favorite film or number 2 behind ESB, srs.

And which miscer made this review of TLJ? I’ve watched this about 19 times and I laugh every time

Wat?!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I refuse to believe that Star Wars fans prefer Revenge of the Sith, over the originals.

Unfathomable.

This guy articulate some of the issues I had with it...

I legit had to stop myself literally LOLing at the Vader "NOOOOO!" scene.

Not trolling. They usually do yearly polls on the main Star Wars website and ROTS usually ends up at number 2:

I sometimes wonder if Lucas knew exactly what was going to become of Star Wars by selling it over to Disney, and that this was all his elaborate plan to get back at his fans for hating on Jar Jar so hard.

I really liked Episode 3. Easily my favorite of the prequels. The Anakin/Obi-Wan battle was epic.

Yeah that's been talked about - people speculate that trolls/ SJWs tried bringing that film up, otherwise it would be dead last. But ROTS is easily one of the best Star Wars films.

One of the worst movies I have ever seen. I didn't like TFA, but TLJ was just on an entirely new level of bad.

The best critique/review of it I have seen..

TBH R1 was very forgettable. If not for the Vader cameos I probably would have fallen asleep. Star Wars without lightsabers or the force or jedi/sith lore might as well be any other sci-fi for me.

This brings up another point I hated about TLJ. NO lightsaber duels. Sure they had the chitty throne room fight (oh wow, ****ing red shirts, wonder who's going to win) and the fake fight at the end, but that wasn't even real.

And why did Luke have the blue saber, which Kylo JUST broke in two, not one scene earlier? You'd think Kylo would remember that detail and know something wasn't right.
There is simply no other exercise, and certainly no machine, that produces the level of central nervous system activity, improved balance and coordination, skeletal loading and bone density, muscular stimulation and growth, connective tissue stress and strength, psychological demand and toughness, and overall systemic conditioning as the correctly performed full squat.

I never understood all the hate for this movie. It's not my favorite, and would go near the bottom but the way people make it out to be is ridiculous. It's almost like its trendy to hate on it OMG SJW WOW FEMINISM FEM SJW

The only thing I thought was wow Lukes death was super lame and underwhelming and reys parents reveal was a big let down.

Well there was some legit progressive ideals being pushed in modern star wars. Even the bosses have admitted to it.

But in general the film was a hot mess, for reasons that have been discussed ad nauseam since it came out. The kiss on the salt plains was worse than anything from the prequel romance, srs.

Padme dies because "reasons".

Come on bro.

It's ok to like parts of a crap movie. I fuking LOVE the Yoda vs Dookey fight in Ep 2. I get chills when Yoda's shadow enters screen, holy chit is it bad azz. But the movie is still like Sand.

And I don't like sand.

The Casino planet scene in TLJ was so awful, not only because it was an SJW fest with a horribly written character, but the side plot had almost nothing to do with the main plot, and the entire thing reminded me of something out of the prequels.
Lol this is a bit dramatic. I loved all the Star Wars movies, but my favorites were the prequels. Maybe it's because I grew up watching them as I aged, but I actively rewatch them pretty much each year. 1 and 3 were my favorite star Wars movies. I can see the hate for 2 and even hating parts of the others, but to say they were trash movies is going too far lol at least if you like the Star Wars universe.

The saber fights were just better in the prequels. I remember watching 4 recently, with Luke is Vader, and I couldn't help thinking "really?" Lol I love 4 & 5 too, but for a universe with so much sci-fi and ****, the CGI from the prequels really brought it to life. (Not to take away from how ahead of it's time Star Wars was with their quality in the original trilogy)

Idk man, I just prefer the prequels. Jar Jar is retarded, but idk if he's more retarded than a bunch of teddy bears taking down imperial walkers with rocks and sticks. Both trilogies had their retarded parts and bad writing but the universe is what makes Star Wars so great.
