Whats crazy is the disparity of men vs womens tips...
Was a bartender and head bartender for about 7 years. I did all of the liquor counts, keg changes and worked twice as hard as the female bartenders and would make about 1/2 of what they made. We split tips so it didnt really matter at the end of the night.
I know this because I hired my girlfriend as a bartender at the time. We would check the tickets she would close out via credit card vs mine and she would always make significant amounts more money. I started making the women bartenders close out all tabs and our profits shot up by $50 to $100 for each bartender every night (dead srs).
The guys that wait tables get screwed vs females waiting tables...

I used to be a bartender. You're not entitled to tips. The good thing about tips is that it incentivizes good service (US hands down had the best service imo). Although I see tip jars at drive-throughs (non-franchise) now, carry-out, etc.
Anyways, right or wrong if you're the guy who is out with your co-workers or friends and don't tip you will look like a total douchebag.

I always tip good.
In the pic, it's a woman's hand but looks like a guy's wallet. Even if it is her money, sure has nice nails and fingers for a girl that even waits tables all day. Whatever she was serving I doubt she was wearing clothes. Second pic that's a guy's hand.
Reality is that servers dont' have it that good at all. It might pay better than a cashier but not that great, especially for what they have to deal with every day. If it paid so good, there wouldnt' be that many young servers because nobody would leave the field and it would be saturated by people making a career out of it. Not many people make being a server a full time job or a full time career.
I'm glad I don't work in a tipped business because it puts a personal element between the customer and I that I dont' want. I feel that eliminating tipping would make the business more professional instead of personal. I also don't like that the owner basically has a free employee at my expense.
What I like about tipping is it gives me the control and most of all, servers know who tips and who doesn't before they even get the drinks. They remember two kinds of people, those who tip well, and those who dont' tip at all and they tend to have really good memories.

There is only one tip I give and it's not money.
I have always wanted to become a tampon. My dream is to be inserted into a woman's chamber of love and absorb her lady juices.

That sloot is lucky that was on a credit receipt and probably taxed. If it was cash then #thotaudit time. IRS audits back 7 years.

Waitress life must be tough because she has to wear press on nails. Fingernails are too brittle and you can tell in the 2nd picture she bites them so she can't get a proper manicure.
Also, am I the only one that thinks tipping $50 on a $22 bill is cringey af? I'm married, but even when I was single... that's not how you make an impression on ladies guys. The only time I tip a little more than 20% is the lady that cuts my hair around the holidays but she's been cutting my hair for years. And even then I don't write her a ****gy note like that. I just tell her Merry Christmas.

minimum wage here is 12.00 and rising
they declare only part of their cash tips
thotaudit should be going after them too lol

I usually tip more, occasionally even 100%, for bad service. I’ll usually write something along the lines of you didn’t deserve this, or I hope your day gets better etc.
They won’t forget the tip or how confused they felt accepting the generous tip while being dressed down at the same time, and maybe (or not) it’ll stick with them
Only met one other person who feels this way and does the same.
