If someone likes to dance and wants to learn to why would they care what anyone thinks? Well this thread is depressing.
If you have serious issues with women and are not doing the following, you can't complain:
Looksmaxing (tan, beard/stubble, good haircut, bald if balding, don't be the balding guy, some muscle mass, 10% body fat)
Reading (know chit so you can talk about chit)
Hobbies (will develop your personality and make you more interesting)
Make money (...)
Even if someone is at rock bottom, these things are achievable in 12 months. If you're morbidly obese, it may take more time, but who cares? That day 1/2/3 years from now will come, and you can be the pathetic piece of shyt you are now or be on the way to an enjoyable life.

Because I get weird red itchy spots on my forehead in the first 10 minutes of doing sports tbh
Thats not a problem when Im in the gym, but when the attention is all on me while dancing and the girl looks straight at me, that would be a problem for me

You gave very legit advice in the OP though. Dance classes are a great way to not only meet people but also to learn and get used to letting loose which will give you many general life style and happiness gainz.
