So did you have to get a school loan?

Also you can do it on your own but its a lot harder, about 3.5 times harder.

Also, if I did have a housing payment I would literally rent a small apartment for the cheapest price I can get. I don't care how ghetto. Which would probably be around $300/month.

Lots of people buy on leverage. It's a lot like gambling; they'll get a big win and then lose it all.

He's just buying with leverage using a bank loan, which is an entirely new level of special.

Oh, and then talking about how he has no expenses because they're covered by the loan. As if they just magically vanish.

So like you, I used leverage(loan) to make investments that will pay me later on.

In your situation, since you make lots of money as an engineer, its even easier to become wealthy.

My genius is that im able to invest with very little money.

So has OP revealed his 'method' or is this just another no evidence brag thread?

I'm guessing it's the latter and OP lives with his parents in an absolute chithole.

On that basis alone, I will neg OP on sight for life.

You live near the sea. You probably fish often. Maybe rent out a room or two to cover costs. You have a garden in your balcony. Make homemade pasta and bread. You house mostly uses solar energy so your costs are kept low. You use the neighbour's WiFi.

If you place is a condo that comes with amenities and your parents prepaid then your cost of living would mostly go to food and clothing. But if you're a chef food would be covered and clothing costs would be pretty low. If you're a chef at a place minutes away from where you live then you don't have to pay for gas. If however you live where you work then that'd be even better and it would allow you to rent your parents' condo.

Or you're a live in butler or private chef at some very upscale residence. Given the uniform, free accommodation, free meals and no bills, I can see how saving a lot would be possible.

He claims he takes out low interest loans to cover his yearly expenses, and invests all of his income. At the end of the year he uses his investment account to cover the balance of the loan he took out.

But one problem

Unless you can get 3% on that utilization for one year, its "bad" debt.

Like I said before, debt is very much like fire. You can do some sick chit with it or it can burn you.

Parents hate him. Find out this one simple trick he used to beat the system!
It is not so much the major events as the small day-to-day decisions that map the course of our living. . . Our lives are, in reality, the sum total of our seemingly unimportant decisions and of our capacity to live by those decisions. ― Gordon B. Hinckley

Because you pretend living at mommy and daddy's house isn't 99.9% of the reason you are experiencing any success. And you also pretend at age 30 that borrowing student loan money is the same as leveraging yourself into something useful. When in all reality you could take out loans for literally anything else and you could go bankrupt and walk away from it. Meanwhile if anything happens to you guess what you are gonna be on the hook for your student loans for life.

Cheesus the house thing. Like I said before, I very rarely occupy the other rooms - a big ass living room, a big ass kitchen and a king sized bedroom. I don't need any of those stuff. Id be fine with just a small ass kitchen and bedroom. At 5'5 120lbs of asian goodness, I don't take up much space.

You guys are going to have be fkn livid when I say that I actually got my car for free also. Older bro actually bought me the i3.
