Correct, that is exactly what I do. Its actually very simple.
All of my income from work is allocated into investments, which pays off the small loans for my living expenses later on. I do make payments for the loan and they come out to $300 per year but they increase every year since my living expenses stack up annually. By cutting out housing expense OR MAKING IT VERY LOW, im able to use borrowed money for the living expense.
And you are smart enough to know that banks don't hand out loans for personal expenses. But I found a way to use borrowed money for very little interest. Its technically a loan but not a traditionally loan like for house or car from the bank.
Don't misunderstand me, the method im using would force anyone to live in a un-ideal situation(a $300 apartment). But my money makes me money instead of going into expenses compared to the folks living near me in the same situation.I become richer on the very same income of those around meinstead of living paycheck to paycheck because I use leverage.

My investment returns are about $30k a year, and our expenses are only $40k. Looks like I'm only spending about $850 a month on expenses!
Dumb ass.

You're paying a bank interest to cover your living expenses, which like you said are very low, when you could just pay them with your income and use the remainder to invest
Also how are you covering living expenses of $1590/month or $19K per year with a loan that has a monthly payment of only $60? At that rate, even if your APR is <2% you won't even cover interest. SO what you mean to say is that you're paying $300/year to make no extra income, and pay a bank interest for a loan you don't need.
I'm also assuming your loan payments are graduated? So yeah this year you'll spend $60/month but the following years it increases?
No matter what way you cut it, you are making less money than if you didn't take the loan out. It looks good in year one with a very small loan payment. But over the life of your loans you're taking to cover living expenses, you will certainly end up with less money considering you are doing nothing that actually generates income, and the bank will be getting interest.
Strong. Post your graduated payment details and I'll run the numbers and prove it.

The living expense is considered debt in which I make payments on every year. The income that I earn from a job is converted into 95% savings and investments, as compared to 10% savings for regular people because they use their income to pay for living expenses upfront.

So clearly you're on a graduated plan, meaning that while you get to invest most of your incomethisyear, in the future you will not be able to.
What are the loan terms? Prove me wrong.
edit: sorry you already gave me the APR, 3%. so at that rate, a 9K loan paid back $60/month would take 187 months, nearly 16 years.
Presumably you would take one of these loans out each year, or take one out each time interval for which the loan covers your living expenses. Either way, your payment has to be higher eventually or you will rack up unbelievable amounts of debt.

in one year, a $9K loan paid at $60/month and 3% APR will have a balance of $8542. So each year, you take $8,542 of your returns and pay the loan down with it?
Then wtf is the point?

Regular people- they get loans to buy tools to make them money. That money is then used to pay for their living expenses
Me- I do the opposite from the mass. I get a loan for my living expenses(hypothetically). The money that I do make from a regular job, all of that money goes towards investments(which pays off the very little living cost that I have later on).
Like I said before, even with an associates degree you can only save around 7-10k a year. My money is all savings money directed towards investments. Again, money cannot be saved if you make a below 30k a year.
So, as you cucks can kinda see Im able to do a lot with very little. No silver spoons in this mouth, bb. But did I get help? Absolutely but its nothing crazy.
Banks are very important.

Your monthly expenses in the OP without housing are $890/month or $10,680/year.
You take out $10,680 and pay $60/month on it.
You make $30K after taxes, and invest $29K of it.
After a year of monthly investing and 10% annual returns, your 29K is now $30,611.
Your loan is at $10,273. You pay it down with your brokerage account and you have $20,338 left at the end of the year.
Now say you don't take out the loan.
You make 30K/year after taxes or $2,500/month.
Pay your expenses of $890 and you're left with $1610/month to invest.
With the same returns that equates to $20,399 at the end of the year.
So you actually have $60 less in your investment account if you take the loans out and 'invest right away'
Congrats, you've done some serious mental gymnastics to make $-60 extra. Any additional returns you'd get with your 'sooner vs later' investment strategy, are eaten up by interest on the loan.

Also 10% annual return on investments is just laughably improbable. Maybe one good year, sure. But you can't count on that.
So OP well done on making $-1,292 extra each year with your deft investment strategy! It will only get worse with decreased ROI so you have that to look forward to
