I never understood how people can spend so much money on stupid ass material things but never invest in things such as laser eye surgery and hair transplant...

Also it depends on the quality of surgeon, here are two that consistently get great results:

Ofc most people will likely still need two HT for perfect hair, but if you catch it early enough, you can def get away with just one or if you're more easily satisfied (good NW1).

Repped. Great results. Hair makes such a huge difference for guys that can't pull off the bald look.

I bet girls went from

"What's on your computer?" to "What's in your pants" real quick, OP.

Congrats, OP. I wouldn't know that feel. 36 years old with NW 0.5. Wife says my hair is easily 10/10 and would leave me if I ever went bald lol.

Actually that's backwards. You're going to end up paying significantly more for less grafts. Went with a close friend of mine from HS who decided to Tren his way into N3 to Istanbul Turkey for a vacation. He got somewhere in the neighborhood (can't remember exactly) of 4,000 grafts for $2200 US. Our plane tickets were roughly $1300 each and hotel was about $550 for 5 days.

Went with him to his appointments for moral support and the facilities are just as clean. Doctors all knew 2-4 languages. Hair Transplants are one of Turkey's leading money making industries. Cost is driven down by the currency value difference and steep competition over there. All in he paid maybe $4400, all expenses paid. And he looks great now.

Anyone else considering it, I'd say you've got little to lose. They also did beard transplants over there. Lmao

I started going bald around 28'ish.. then eventually just shaved it.. I still get HBB's... but my face was always handsome... If you go bald and don't have a good looking face to compensate, then you're done.

Even with that new hair OP is not getting any HBB.

Hair means nothing.. height means nothing... it's ONLY about how good looking your face is.

That's why I don't understand why average looking guys care so much about hair. Go get plastic surgery if you want to be good looking. Not a hair transplant.
I meet all industry standards.

Uhh, cos if youre a 6 with hair and a 3 without hair you're going to want those extra points hair gives?

If you're a 9 with hair and an 8 without then that's when you dont care.

But a 6 is still just average looking.... If you're an average looking guy and lose your hair then why not invest in plastic surgery instead and come out looking like a bald male model instead of an average looking guy with hair..

I'd rather be a bald guy with a strong jaw and amazing facial features than an average looking guy with a full head of hair

If a hair transplant gives you confidence and higher energy then its worth it. If it dosnt then no hair + confidence > hair + no confidence. Other people really couldnt give a **** if you have hair or not at the end of the day

The big limitation of a hair transplant is that there's only so much that a doctor and staff can do in a single day. At most you can only have 3 people implanting follicles from the donor area to the recipient area at a time (one on each side plus one in the center). I had a lot of ground to cover so generally could only get between 2k to 4k follicles moved per surgery.

My hair in 2008 vs 2019

Back in Nov 2018 I had my most recent surgery - this one was only about 2000 FUE to fill in some bare spots, give better temple points and lower the hairline slightly. You can see the strip scar from when I had FUT's done. My previous FUE implanted a few follicles into some wide sections of the scar, so now its completely masked when my hair grows out.

It takes a period of 5 to 7 months to get a real idea of how the results turn out, with full results taking approximately 12 months.

Me at 6 months post-surgery. 28 years old vs 38 years old.

All of these pics are me at 27 or 28 vs me right now at 38.

If I don't gel my hair up, then it usually ends up like so (old head with oil to accentuate hair loss vs normal gym session)

You look fantastic!
