Another thing to consider is that property taxes are rediculously low in parts of CO. A 200k house in my area cones with only $1200/year property tax. So adds a hundred bucks onto the mortgage. So you can have a smaller total mortgage than owning a cheaper house in another area

So many people comparing their Canadian dollaroos to US MAGA Dollars. Multiply by 33% (1.33) to see real values.
(but i agree for a house depending on the house that's not outrageous. look at like san fukcisco. they don't have houses just chit tier apartments that cost 3x+ that much at least im sure
