Like insane. I live in Arizona, and in the crap crap parts of town/Phoenix, it's kinda like that but with Spanish. It was so weird to A) see that and B) in Chinese.. chit cray. i wonder why they really congest there even though stuff like this is happening all over the world

Try living in Vancouver Canada, average home price well over $1 million

This home is listed right now in Vancouver at $1,195,000

Not even joking, I wish I was joking.
Is that Canadian money or real money? I assume Canadian money, looks like the average house is $759399.22 real money.

Another thing to consider is that property taxes are rediculously low in parts of CO. A 200k house in my area cones with only $1200/year property tax. So adds a hundred bucks onto the mortgage. So you can have a smaller total mortgage than owning a cheaper house in another area

So many people comparing their Canadian dollaroos to US MAGA Dollars. Multiply by 33% (1.33) to see real values.

(but i agree for a house depending on the house that's not outrageous. look at like san fukcisco. they don't have houses just chit tier apartments that cost 3x+ that much at least im sure
