1984 holds a special place for me becAuse it blew my mind for years but Fahrenheit 451 surpassed it. Ray Bradbury is my favorite author btw.I'm about to re-read the stranger.

The one book I recommend everyone to read, that asks, is Maximum Achievement by Brian Tracy.

I've read quite a few good books and have taken away a little from each. Oddly enough, the book The Power of Habit has had the biggest impact, despite me never finishing it because I felt it was an obvious concept. However, once I digest certain ideas and relate it to my life, it becomes a major part of me.

Otherwise for those looking for answers, life foundation, etc, read a children's version of the Bible. Srs.

I love adventure books about real life survival.

Great one is Ship of Ghosts. About the USS Houston. When Pearl. Harbor was attack the Houston was already forward deployed in the far east so its job along with a few tiny ships from some other countries was to take on the full force of the Japanese Navy in their prime with no support and basically "fight until there was no more fight left". Basically meaning to the death.

Awesome story that will really get you checking how you measure up as a man compared to those guys.

That at the Richest man in babylon. You can read this one in a day but it will have a profound effect on your you spend your money.

I love books about Mt Everest too. The Climb is really good. Another good one is Savage Summit. About the first 5 women to summit k2,. A whole different beast compared to Everest. hell, for anyone to climb it is an awe inspiring feat.
