Put that **** into T-Bills for around 2% interest and live off the post-tax interest for the rest of my life. That's still like $10M a year. Move to Amsterdam or somewhere else with legal prostitution and read, pursue hobbies, and **** actual sloots for less than the price of a date in America for the rest of my life. Where do I sign up?

Invest billions into research regarding sustainable organic syntropic agriculture. Then i would use that research and those experts to develop a self sustainable agriculture network in a small, remote impoverished country.

Imagine taking let say, Burkina Faso or someplace like that and making them 100% self sustainable and establishing a network of farms and seed banks so they have abundant food resources. Cuba managed to do something like that after the fall of the soviet union. When they were being funded by the soviet union they had mechanized industrial farming of only sugar cane, to produce sugar to export to the ussr. In return they would get oil, other crops and money.

After the fall of the soviet union they had no oil to run their tractors or fertilizers or anyway to keep their industrialized large scale monocrop farming. They also lacked the grain exports to feed their own population. So they took it as a national crisis and completely changed the agricultural field into a network of small, urban farms in derelict lots and everywhere. Now after years of effort that are completely self sustainable with thousands of small organic farms feeding their local populations. That's why even with the scarcity they remain healthy and well fed (even more so than the US for example)



So yes, I would throw billions into that
