Well 300-1000 roughly is normal range
What do you want him to say?
If it’s lower than you want take matters into your own hands and self treat.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

So that study you posted about the standard deviation of test variation. If you dig a little deeper you see that the Lows varied by a similar percentage, BUT because you are comparing lower numbers to higher numbers it is inappropriate to average everything together and use flat test standard deviations.
There is variation, but I would throw money down that there is nothing you can do to get your 400 to 800 naturally. Hell I would be surprised if you could get it above 550.

You think test levels are set in stone and hardly fluctuate, that tells me a lot about your ignorance on the subject. Any average man can fluctuate a hundred or more depending on stress levels, how good or bad did he sleep the night before, what did he had for dinner, did he train hard or not etc.
"The flowers bloom, then wither... The stars shine and one day become extinct. This earth, the sun, the galaxies and even the big universe, someday will be destroyed. Compared with that, the human life is only a blink, just a little time. In that short time - people are born, laugh, cry, fight, are injured, feel joy, sadness, hate someone, love someone. All in just a moment. And then, are embraced by the eternal sleep called death."

I have been on trt and have come off/on for around 3 years to see if it helps with symptoms. tbh im just conflicted about it as a treatment. Mind you, I'm a male that tested with 165 TT.
I will tell you this, it seems the weeks that i simply do not lift (which is rare) I sleep better and feel better. When people say they lift weights, bear in mind, not everyone is lifting the same way - including you. You may think you are lifting really heavy, and are on the upper end. That could be true, but you need to factor in whether you are conditioned and what you mean by heavy and how much.
Stress will be less if your muscle have been adapting and you've been consistent with your routine. Your program is also sane. This gradual stress is prob way better for hormonal axis. However training with a routine that never changes is a poor way of strength training. Periodizing for example is a means to breakthrough and put stress on your muscles differently. If you're cycling through these phases, fatigue and accumulated injuries will begin to stack up and you are forced to deload and chill. Sometimes, like the guy who lifts 6 days a week, he's building up fatigue and stress in his body more consistently, requiring deloading weeks maybe more regularly - depending on volume/intensity. I would not be surprised if he got test after a week off to see a big shift in his TT. The guy who lifts maybe 3 times a week with 5s may just have enough time to keep recovery manageable, thus acute or progressive issues less pronounced.
I think I can speak from a somewhat experienced platform as I'll be heading into 405 for reps land this satuday on the bench. It's been a journey, and I'm still going - to 500 (God willing).
To be fair, I will say the protocol i was on did not control estrogen very well or at all. That's a super important thing to keep an eye on but the treatement for that means another drug, which might need another drug..... and I simply don't know how far that trail leads. Caution is especially warranted when it comes to trt at least for this reason.

Google Dr Crisler and estrogen (from recently, post his death NOT HIS RECCOMENDED PROTOCOL) if you end up seeing a clueless endo who recommends AIs at a replacement legit TRT dose.
E2 is NOT your enemy, AIs are very dangerous, if you're lucky your endo will be 20 years behind the times and not even know about AIs, if you're unlucky and get a "good" endo they just be a decade behind and likely reccomend you use AIs. Google intensively before following their expert advice.

Crisler killed himself, maybe because of the lawsuits from his AI recommendations and the damage they did to patients.
AIs are MUCH worse than even slightly high E2, especially for heart health. E2 is now considered actually heart protective and the accepted wisdon from the 00s is now considered dangerous

Legit Trt dose is key. Most guys who say theyre on a trt dose are actually on a mild cycle.

Most "aging clinics" don't ever put people beyond the 800-1000 zone.
While that is like peak teenage zone I am not sure I would categorize that as a mild cycle.
EDIT: also shout out to BOZZ for letting this TRT thread go for a bit. We are all getting older and if anything I think that the TRT helps prevent people from turning to illegal substances.

honestly i dont really remember it feeling/being supraphysiological.
Recovery/performance improved more when i simply ate more carbs. Really i cannot stress carbs (+ butter) enough for people wanting to gain strength. Way over protein.

GP X3 didn't help me.
Endo wanted to find out WHY...
It wasn't until I had an adverse reaction to a anti-allergy steroid cream (fuked me up bad) that I finally went to one of those hormone clinics to try again. Those years were seriously awful.
