I have been to court many times due to work and court rules tend to be "mathematical" you did ABC, here is the penalty for that. You have X number of prior convictions and so that affects the penalty by increasing it or decreasing it. You also have "gravity score" which indicates how much of a threat you are to society.
So, that's the formula and rulings aren't "opinions" but play out according to rules.
The fake media says black people get worse sentences but in reality it's because they have a lot of priors and there is no choice but to give them long prison sentences.
I don't know if PA still has it but we used to have the 3 strikes rule. You commit three crimes and you get life. I knew a white guy when I worked in prison whose last crime was stealing a pizza slice, and he got life.
If you want to feel a weird sort of dread, meet that guy. It was weird to hear him say it.

It means to the judge that you are doing 90% the correct thing. You have some level of education, you are working, you live someplace and are paying rent, and you're consistent. However, you have a drug issue, which is causing problems, but you still got educated, have a job, pay rent.
If they throw you in prison for weeks or months, you will lose your job, lose your apartment, not pay for anything, and maybe people who depend on you will suffer. So, they would be creating more harm than good.
Prison is for Care, Custody, and Control, with control meaning you are controlled because you are a danger to the pubic. A guy with a job, etc who has some coke, does not belong in jail because he isn't a threat to the public.
A guy with no education, no job, on drugs, repeatedly, with nothing to lose, is potentially dangerous. He is not participating in society, at all, and so jail is a good place for him for both punishment and correction.
There are solid reasons why people are treated differently. Sociopath types and the immature don't understand "citizenship" and what that means, but many court decisions are based on it.

After collecting all of the evidence and reviewing the footage of the video my position stands :
Ahmaud Arbery attacked the men in an attempt to avoid arrest by the police. Erratically charged at a man possessing a firearm and attempted to disarm said man, and in doing so was killed in self-defense.

Not going to defend the two guys. They made a bad decision that resulted in another unnecessarily losing his life and should be arrested for it and have their day in court and face a jury of their peers.
But, the fact that the media cannot let the case stand up on it's own and have to used racially charged verbiage and photo-games, tells you a lot as well. This is where the focus should be for us. They are trying to pit us against one another to keep us from looking at the real problems. Obviously this country has racist people (white, black, brown), everyone is racist to some degree. You will find the same in every country, in every people. No one can deny that. But the powers that be have an interest in keeping us going at each other...race and economic warfare are their calling cards.
Open your eyes and think before being overly emotional and giving them what they want.
Another tool in their bag is to bring to the front divisive events when they want a real story obscured. Why did this happen months ago, but is just now being put in the spotlight. Is there any other amazing story that is going on right now? The media carries the water for the high-ups, you are doing yourself a disservice if you swallow whole without questioning their motives or agenda.

And in addition to that, the fact that we now have evidence that Arbury was trespassing multiple times..we have reason to believe he wanted to evade potential arrest
