i can source my training, and you tell me if it sounds right. First change into clean scrubs, wash hands, apply hair net, don shoe covers,,don shoe covers, spray gloves with ipa. Enter clean areas. Enter control room. Don coveralls, don second layer of gloves, spray gloves. Enter into the actual entrance room. Don boots, don coveralls, don mask

I'll get into detail. I think I missed a few steps above but by now we would have to have two pairs of sterile gloves on and spraying our hands between every step.

Open mask and place container on sanitized surface. Grab the two bottom tied not touching any other parts and tie that behind your neck,(tie point can differ slightly depending on your head). Grab the other two and pull to the top back of your head and tie. Secure the metal tab around you nose with a small pinch. Spray hands again.

I'll skip some of the latter steps because it involved hoods and frocks and gloves and sleeve, a lot of additional layer before you enter.

i personally don't feel telling me I have to wear a mask is not the same as the traffic lights. Thats because, I care about my own safety as well as the safety of others and if I don't follow traffic light then I risk my life.

I'm not risking my life by wearing a mask. By that I mean the odds of me getting killed by covid is less than me getting killed in a car accident and is as preventable as me getting killed in a car accident by no fault of my own.

Cliffs: not following traffic laws is far more dangerous to me than covid

BTW, I have stayed home, just go for groceries or things I need, I don't get close to sneez or cough on people and keep a distance. I just refuse to wear a mask unless required for something I need to, i.e. work or is a store requires, but I avoid that.
