Detention=held without cause but suspicion of a crime only, up to 24 hrs
Remanded=in jail PENDING TRIAL OR SENTENCING, requires a grand jury to indict criminal charges or a jury to show a guilty verdict
Convicted=Jury rendered a guilty verdict, he was sentenced to a prison sentence and will do his time

There probably wouldn't be a group of people outside his house wanting mob justice if he were currently in prison awaiting trial like he should be.

because if anybody else choked somebody to death in public in front of multiple witnesses and cameras they would be going straight to a jail cell
this continued preferential treatment pisses people off

If someone was sitting in the back of his cruiser and he just went up to them and put a bullet in their head do we still have to wait for toxicology and coroner reports? Does he still get to walk around free until charges are filed?

If someone chocked someone to death and is actually arrested, he will go to detention while a grand jury is convened. The grand jury decides to convict, so he can either be remanded (up to the judge, normally if someone is a flight risk or a suspected danger). Remember, unless CONVICTED there are innocent until proven guilty. Or, bail can be set and this can be either in cash (full amount) or bond (a percentage).
If Derek Chauvin is arrested he will get the same treatment. It isn’t too hard of a concept to figure out.

Now, if you got away at first, and cops weren’t on scene, you would be indeed “chilling at home” until identity is established and you become a suspect and you’re arrested. Now if your identity wasn’t established by witnesses or cameras, but evidence put you at the scene, you would then be a person of interest, and could be picked up for questioning, but you wouldn’t be under arrest at that point.

All of a sudden it takes a year to look at a video and see something illegal was done.
If I shoot someone, they wont wait until he dies in the hospital and they get the official autopsy to arrest me.

Irony of all the rioting and looting is. Decent black people are going to be further victimized. Sorry to say but if anyone who lives in a predominantly black neighborhood in that area needs the fire department for a fire, an ambulance because grandma is having a heart attack, or the police because they are the victim of some crime. All emergency response times are most likely going to be severely hampered. Because due to fear of ambush firefighters and EMS aren't going to be responding until police get there first and say its safe. And police are going to stage up 2-4 patrol cars minimum before they roll into any calls in minority neighborhoods.
When there are riots like these people are too closed minded to look at the implications for their own communities. You can want to see justice without looting and burning **** down.

You actually believed the 2 guards were to blame for Epsteins murder and not the massive conspiracy to keep Epsteins actions out of the limelight? Video footage went "Missing" or was "corrupted" or better yet, wasn't even recording, in a secure federal lockup, in NY...LOL.
I see how a cop causing the death of a black guy is completely the same as a middle man for the most powerful people on the planet whose sole job was to entrap and coerce rich and powerful people through blackmail.
I totally see it.

off topic but regarding epstein and p3dophilia i've been watching shaun attwood vids about the deep state and p3do rings and it is very dire indeed, the chit described in this vid by an ex detective cop is a real eye opener, basically he states that if the society actually knew what goes on behind the curtains of the ruling class (1%) society would collapse as we know it, highly recommend:
OP makes a great point in that regard.

There are people on FB defending the looting of that Target by saying:
"They're only taking what they deserve."
I'm like you what m8? It's not okay to attack and loot innocent people because you're mad about an injustice that happened to someone else. That is not how things are supposed to work.

Thus unlamented let me die;

these rioters and looters have about 3 brain cells between them. they don’t care about justice, they’ll act like they do though and it makes me sad for black people who do actually care.

There was a video I saw about the Ferguson protests where a group of black men were defending a shop from being looted. They said most of the looters weren’t even a part of the community. They were from elsewhere taking advantage of the tragedy to loot.

There was a video I saw about the Ferguson protests where a group of black men were defending a shop from being looted. They said most of the looters weren’t even a part of the community. They were from elsewhere taking advantage of the tragedy to loot.
