I have exatcly the same frame (talking about frame, height and waist, wrist etc size, not muscle quantity...), and I look like Pitt in troy when I'm about 155lbs

This 100%.

If you have a large frame / huge bones (measured by wrists and ankles) then you don't need to drop that low with your weight, but otherwise yeah.

Yeah mate I’ve already experienced being big and bulky but kinda soft, so I figure I may as well try the alternative of being small and shredded and then decide which I prefer, if I feel too small I can always bulk back up again no problem

Not true bro.

People underestimate frame size and how much of an impact it has on your overall weight, and even the amount of muscle that can go onto your body. People also confuse HEIGHT with frame size, many saying a tall person can't have a small frame, which is total BS. You can be 6'0 and have under six inch wrists and tiny ankles, making your overall frame small / narrow, and those people need to go much lower with their weight in order to look lean, as opposed to someone with larger bones.

I'm also speaking from experience. I was totally untrained, have a very small frame, and went through a huge weight loss losing 115 pounds. In the end I was at 136 lbs, and I'm 6 feet tall. Yes, you heard that right.

Check it out:https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showt...hp?t=173909811

Of course I added mass since then and went through various bulks and cuts. Now I don't lift regularly but I do hover at around 170 lbs. I'm lean enough for my satisfaction, but there's still some lower back fat, and if I wanted to achieve optimal leanness for my taste then I'd need to be in the 155 - 160 lbs range. That's just the way it is. And frankly, I stopped lifting regularly after I reached 225 lbs bench lol. I mostly do bodyweight stuff now.

I hope miscer "TugOfPeace" chimes in because he also has a very low bodyweight compared to his height. There are more members too, although outside the Misc.

Long story short, for a natural lifter with small bones, a "lower" weight is absolutely necessary to be shredded. Also look at UFC fighters and their stats. Many of them look fantastic, but you'd be surprised when you look at how little they weigh.

My two cents.

This, just lol if you have a small frame with average genes and you think you gonna be 180+ shredded being natty.

Well that’s the problem, I’m struggling to train my lower body properly without squats and DLs, so if I do end up 155 shredded I’ll probs have the upper body more like someone who is 165-170

More like 50 lbs to lose (srs). It's always brahs who have a 4 pack in the very best possible lighting you can get that think they're 15 lbs away from being shredded, lmao. 99% of brahs would be 150 lbs if they were actually shredded

It’s because there’s so many guys out there 190-200lbs and they think they only have 10lbs to lose to shredded, in reality they’ve probably got 30lbs to lose to get shredded

theres nothing acceptable anot, if u are 155lbs shredded, it means your body is designed that way with your bone weight and muscle weight. you cant change bone weight & and u cant add muscle cells unless you cycle. theres a limit to how big your fixed no. of muscle cell can become.

it means ur bone weight is light, it means you were not born to be 200 lbs shredded, it means your small bones was not designed to hold a larger mass of muscle

"I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym; I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home; I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage; when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5000 people I get the same feeling, so I am cumming day and night. It's terrific, right? So you know, I am in heaven."
