I’m currently 170lb but not shredded and feel I probably have another 15lbs to lose stil to get shredded. I’ve weighed as much as 188lb in my day but was a more bulky build. 155lb is borderline twink teir, but I’m close to my natty limit unfortuantely so what can u do

Such is life on the natty train brah. I'm an inch taller and if I were to cut down to a legit 9-10% right now, assuming training/nutrition/recovery were 100% on point I would have to drop down to around 160-165# at most.

You shouldn't ask others what is acceptable, but ask yourself, what you wanna look like.
If you want to look big and strong forget about cutting that low. If you prefer being lean and like that look get that lean.

As someone who's 6'1" and used to be 140, I can honestly say I've loved the way I've looked, all the way up to 210lbs(while working out the entire time).
Looking back, I realize I looked scrawny in the 140-165 lb range. But didn't think so at the time.
Do you.
