OP, if you OJ it up, that same bone structure could possibly give you joint problems as Ive previously stated. I get the same chit and Im natty, I know full OJ my ass would be calcified as fuk, but if you just stick to cookie cutter lifting like jay cutler youd be okay. But the former athlete in you is going to have to learn to chill with all that extra energy
