With your genetics, if you start off taking just what Jon Jones took for 6-8 months (contrary to popular belief you can run mild orals for several months at a time and you'll be fine) you'll gain 20-30 pounds of lean working out 4 times a week and eating whatever the fook you want (within reason of course and there has to be a surplus and a lot of protein). Srs. Those will be your newb gainz. After that every pound of lean will be very difficult to put on unless you start running serious OJ. But there will be no need for that because you'll already be jacked and shredded @ 6 feet tall.

I ran Jon Jones juice and nothing else for one year straight when I first started. Put on 30 pounds of lean. Amazing energy and positive mentality.

That's a better picture of your whole physique. I give your current physique a 7. You should push harder natty before you consider any tech

You cut off your arms / shoulders in the first pic so it's hard to see proportions - which are what bodybuilding is about brah

You have a good frame. A small sip of OJ to get that edge is the way to go. Ignore the female miscers that are seeing pics of you your absolute physical prime saying not to take anything. Lmao.

Here is what you do OP.... Don't listen to female MISC, they don't know chit about what they want or like. Just have money, clout, and treat them like doormats and they'll fuk eno matter how you look.

Now onto real business:

Step 1.) Get some quality Florida Orange Juice, don't add any "sugar" or other vitamins..... Just straight up Orange juice.

Step 2.) Drink that Orange Juice for 5 months, taking 2 weeks off every 4 weeks so your body can recover from all the great Florida goodness your giving it.

Step 3.) Setup a cutting bicycle some great confectionary sugar and "what evers laying around your local Walgreens" to take during your cut/body recomp to maximize fat loss gains.

Result:

Come back at 190-200lbs lean and enjoy levels of attention and validation you never thought possible. Keep some Orange juice in your fridge and every couple months take a couples sips to maintain adequate "hydration".

Thats it papi. Thats all it takes SRS

Now do your boy proud

I get that, though I'd definitely do as much as possible to handle your insecurity before hopping on OJ (in case you haven't already). I personally haven't found lifting/getting bigger to be great for self esteem. Yeah, it's cool if you get super jacked and shredded and get a ton of compliments, but if you don't reach a certain level, it just feels like more pressure.

And looking at your current physique, where do you think you lie compared to your peers? I'd guess you have to be in the top 10% of the population. Maybe you've got athletic friends, but how many Americans are fat, or don't lift, or don't lift as good as you, or don't have as good genetics? Actually, at 6', you're already automatically mogging 80% of the population, so you're probably top < 5%.

Doing OJ with more than normal insecurity just sounds like a bad idea to me. One thing if you just want to get huge for the hell of it or you're super into lifting, but I really would not bank on it helping with insecurity long term.

Fwiw, I am very risk averse (particularly in this area) though. My mom has tried to get me to get hair plugs, but I think coming to terms with my baldass head is a much safer bet long term.

If he's gonna lose his hair it's in his genetics not what he decides to take for the gym

You look great already but will really start popping with some extra supplementation. Seems like you know how to train and diet so if you're in it for the long haul, why not see your full potential and take a HEAPING scoop of creatine mono.

For real though what division did you play in? A guy I went to high school with played linebacker at 6'190 and when he went to DIII they made him bulk to 225lb to play safety. My stepbrother played DII Oline and they made him bulk from 270 to 300. Maybe the linebackers have gotten smaller since everyone is so pass happy now.

small shoulders. toothpick legs.

1/10

nah, decent genetics, but your shoulders are relatively narrow and that won't be fixed by going on a dat dere celltech bike. That's bone structure right there. Also, your legs seem to be genetically small so you're gonna have to do a bunch of squats and leg presses son.
