OP you're gonna get sucked into a bad situation.

I recently had a similar situation and I was sure she was into me and eventually I cracked and let her in a little. She wasn't that into me, just bored at work. And that little bit of her I let in? Ended up letting to much in and now I have to see her and just be cold all the time.

Trying to avoid feels, putting yourself at risk from HR, poisoning your work environment and hers as well. Just say phuck it and let that part of your life go.

Idk i see old guys flirt with women but i have yet to see a younger dude do it since i started working in an office 6 years ago

I have to deal with girls in their early 20's at work and they barely talk. The fat ones and older ones talk non stop though.

We all want to fuk the younger female coworkers, but it’s a trap. Don’t fall for it. Keep it strictly professional. Even if you have their interest and curiosity, don’t do it. The ramifications of getting metoo’d are not worth it. Besides, fraternizing with coworkers is now actually a fireable offense with dire effects on your career.
