How the **** do you interact with younger female coworkers?

Lets say you're in your 30s and they are like 19-24 years old? Obviously, you have some attraction towards them naturally as they are in their prime. I have no idea what to say to them besides hello/how are you type of small talk when passing by. Natural instinct is to be flirty/joke with them but worry about coming across as a creeper. I guess this where looks come into play.

If you have to deliver any performance feedback follow it up in writing and make sure it’s balanced and objective and evidenced

If they send any “inappropriate” or informal workplace communication screenshot/save a copy and be first through the door with HR

Never have social gatherings unless it’s ina group with an entire defined work group or team

When I worked at Hooters I just treated everyone the same. I'm a sh!t talker so I talk the same with everyone. Most of the chicks laughed and enjoyed it, even the more c!nty ones enjoyed the banter.

When you're with your friends you bust each other's balls. The ones who can't hang can't sling sh!t back and usually can't take it.
