I thought about it but my vision isn't that bad to where I need it, but I don't have 20/20 either. For me, I don't think it's worth the risk of the side effects. I remember reading a story about one guy that had eye pain so bad he ended up committing suicide.

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

and boardwalks i think they are called each one have the diff lens colors
I went with lasik bc a relative had prk and his recovery was long that kind of put me off on prk.

In the same boat OP. Wore contacts for years never bothered me. Then a couple years ago i had some kind of fuking reaction and my eyes get swollen everytime I try to use my contacts so wear glasses now. Ab so lootly hate my glasses but the flap never healing lasik **** scares the fuk out of me. I got a consult and was ready to schedule apt. but decided to wait and talk to another doc. Might look into PRK which if you have any kind of physical job or hobbies I think its a must.

Don't get lasik with the flap though, get one of the newer methods like Relex Smile or TransPRK which doesn't have a flap. Even though with LASIK the chance of complications are close to 0, without a flap it's even lower.

And for those discussint the eye drops, I only used them for 1 day following the procedure. Never had a need otherwise. No dryness, itching, etc.

Why LASIK? and not the ReLEx SMILE laser eye surgery method? In Germany, the ReLEx SMILE is often offered. It seems more modern and more in demand.

Had it done 3 months ago.
