Part of it is stop glorifying the lifestyle that causes the crime in the first place. People don't want to actually work hard anymore, they would rather sell drugs or do other illegal things because it means instant gratification in the form of money and supposed fame (ie social media following). Or start a Youtube channel rather than getting a real job.
Onlyfans is a perfect example of this, and it's only going to lead more and more women to realizing they can remove their clothes and make millions - why would they ever get a legit job where you have to show up at an office 40-50 hours a week and make not even 1/10th of that? And, it's not even illegal.
Society as a whole is now instant gratification, and it's been building for decades and now part of the culture. And that isn't going to change.

I am no leftist or rightist or any of that BS, but for those of you saying "everything is already equal" you are sadly misinformed. As a successful first generation non caucasian living in america, I can assure you things arent "equal".
It takes a long time to replace certain things. It also take a long time to build wealth, power and thus influence and education.
The best thing everyone can do is try to take care of their own stuff and be understanding of others that are TRYING to get to a better place. No free rides to those who are NOT TRYING. Thats my opinion.

Right wing solution: Forget about it, and don't talk about, race or gender identity, these things don't matter. (e.g. Black Conservatives.)
Left wing solution: We need to remember, and talk about, how race and gender shape people's social experiences, and sense of identity.(SJWs.)
Nobel Prize Winning Philosopher and Economist Amartya Sen: We need to have a multi-faceted sense of identity, that way the single demographic that we belong to is our sole source of belonging, affinity, and solidarity. Also people will be able to relate to each other more easily, because they will find that more ways that they relate to others. Sole identities (e.g. defining yourself by your race, religion, gender, political affiliation) can lead to hostility to anyone who doesn't share those identities.
His identity theory doesn't exclude people's identities, demographic based experiences, demographic affinities, but at the same time inherent in having a multi-faceted identity is the realization that we are more than all our identities.
So IMO it's a brilliantly inclusive (of the left and right wing solution) and transcendent theory of identity.

My sister in law was a recipient of some scholarship money due to being a refugee. She is now an opthamologist and instead of opening a private practice and raking in big dollars, she chooses to use her MD/PHD to do cataract research. This will help the common society. In this example, I'd say the resources used to help was used wisely.

Black owned businesses to start a massive culture shift etc We need a massive reset for blacks to prosper. If black people keep pedalstalising degenerative behaviour( rappers,thots etc) Blacks will always be seen as bottom of the barrel trash. When the only criteria for joining a movement is race, you're going to attract low character people.
E.g. the majority of the black consciousness/pro-black movement. I've followed them for probably a decade online, and there are always degenerate scandals or rampant narcissism on display.
I've seen the exact same thing with the White Nationalist movement. Both race based movements, both tends to just produce degenerates, keyboard warriors, and anger filled people.
