I like to start out arm day with ohp. I can't lift much, but I'm hoping I can get toned at least. It's starting to look like I lift a little.
I get DOMS from squats, but somehow I don't seem to push myself hard enough with the ohp to get that feeling of growth the next day. I'm a little sore, but it's nothing like lower body soreness. I think my form is okay, I'm just not shredding myself properly.
Anyway at least the gyms are finally open again.

deads are also one of those lifts you can cheat a lot and get away with it if you're lucky
exactly. sumo pullers will always cope and cry when you say this shtt

hardest part of the deadlift is from the ground to the knees. once it’s above there even twinks can lock out 700-800lbs+

I have even better leverage and proportions for deadlift, crazy long arms, short torso.

But I suck at deadlift; every time I start working on them, I snap one of the sides in my lower back, lmao. Also got weak knees due to injuries

semi-twink here. Yeah, it's hard as fuk for me to lift OHP heavy. I can do like 145 x 8. I don't have the frame to support much more weight than that. I feel like my back will snap in half.

damn, homie is mile- high squatting 405 for doubles, in knee wraps, at a 730lb pull?

that's some pretty bizarre imbalance, I could squat 605 beltless when I hit a 705 pull

If I remember correctly, that’s not all that different from somebody like Pete Rubish back when he was young.

Pete was box squatting mid 500s IIRC, definitely still an imbalance compared to his DL but years later he was box squatting 700s

Can confirm. I miss the hell out of it, I used to get 200x5:https://vimeo.com/421943596

Way overdid it along with bench press though and ended up with arthritis in my right shoulder. Stay safe boyos

I kinda cringe at the fact that I used to do this with a suicide grip. Haven’t lifted in a year. Normal grip bothered my wrists. Never really felt in any sort of danger

Taking 2+ plates from the floor to right above your head is the most alpha move in the gym. Mogs every other lift
A young bull and an old bull were standing atop a hill looking at a bunch of heifers in a field below.

The young bull says "Let's run down this hill and fuk one of those heifers."

The old bull replies "No. Let's walk down there, and fuk them all."
